But to start: He genuinely cares about his patients. Not just the one on one care for PT, but as you as a person! I get to spend an hour with him and have really good conversation along with getting excellent care. He is very "hands on" which I appreciate. He listens to your concerns. And he goes hands-on whether it be massage or be cupping. And then gives you exercises and make sure you don't leave until you understand what you have to do. I even convinced my own wife to give Jordan a try as her PT and she truly understood what I was talking about. The front office staff is always helpful and polite Every time I call she picks up immediately and it's very helpful. They take my type of insurance which would be a dealbreaker if they did not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Every appointment with Dr Jordan, I leave feeling heard, encouraged, and like real progress is being made. If you're looking for a PT who will treat you like a whole person and not just a case file, look no further. Highest possible recommendation! It'll be a sad day when I no longer have any PT issues. The staff is top notch also! They go out of their way for you! I travel a lot for work. And sometimes I call and ask if there are any available appts. They always squeeze me in. If you get there early, most chances are.... You will get seen before your appt. If there is space. There is rarely a long wait. They are very punctual. The office is very clean. He worked with me and not only helped mightily but opened up the way for my back to be much more self-healing. He uses a muscle testing technique that I thought was just mumbo-jumbo, but it works.
