We've had our son at PreTech Academy since he was just 2 years old, and I can confidently say this…read moreschool has been an amazing experience for our family. He has gone through Pre-K2 all the way to VPK, and the growth we've seen is incredible. The teachers are truly nurturing, caring, and very engaging with the kids. They make learning fun while still focusing strongly on academics, which is very important to our family. My son can write his first and last name, is learning how to add and subtract, and is leaving VPK already writing words and understanding letter sounds (which is so important!). He's also doing very well with CVC words and scored highly on the Florida VPK assessments, which really shows how well they prepare the children for kindergarten. The staff in the front office are just as amazing they know not only my child's name, but also his siblings who don't even attend the school. That personal touch means so much. The director is always present, greeting families and knowing parents by name, which creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Another huge plus is how clean everything is. The school does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and my child rarely gets sick, which speaks volumes. Overall, the entire staff is warm, caring, and truly invested in the children. We are so grateful for the love, attention, and strong educational foundation our son has received here. Highly recommend!

Over the past few months, I've encountered repeated instances of misinformation, poor…read morecommunication, and a clear unwillingness to take responsibility for avoidable mistakes. When I addressed a billing error (which the school initially confirmed would be added to my tuition), I was sent an email falsely claiming I hadn't paid. When I questioned this, I was met with dismissiveness and conflicting information. I later confirmed -- through the parent group chat -- that I was misled about the nature of the email distribution. Instead of owning the error, the director chose to deflect. Even more concerning, Ms. Rodriguez has attempted to tell parents we are not allowed to discuss issues with the school in our WhatsApp group chat -- a platform completely unaffiliated with the school. This attempt to silence feedback only adds to the feeling that leadership is more focused on controlling perception than actually resolving concerns. After raising my concerns via email, I was also blocked from viewing the school's Instagram Stories -- a move that felt retaliatory and unprofessional. Additionally, despite respectfully requesting that all communication remain in writing, one of the school's owners refused and insisted on a phone call. When I declined for documentation purposes, I was dismissed and never contacted again. Another owner, the Principal of Pinecrest Glades Academy, never responded to my message at all. It also appears that Ms. Rodriguez may be attempting to downplay or hide issues from other families -- potentially due to the fact that her own child attends the school. This presents a troubling conflict of interest, especially when decisions and communication seem more focused on image management than transparency or child well-being. This is not the type of leadership I expect from an educational institution. Parents deserve accountability, open communication, and professionalism -- not censorship, avoidance, and retaliation. I'm sharing this review in the hope that Pre Tech Academy leadership begins to value the trust families place in them.

Mommy of a 15 month old babygirl…read more Let me begin by emphasizing that my husband is extremely hands on with our daughter he doesn't miss a single doctors appointment or activity she does 95% of the time. Education and social development are extremely important to him and I. That being said he doesn't believe in school under the age of 3. That all changed after our tour at KLA with Eileen (not sure if the spelling is correct). We arrived and first impression was amazing. You first have to walk through TWO doors to reach the children's hallway. The staff greets EVERY parent and student by name. The facility is spotless and it seems every corner has items to make your child think. We saw the outdoor space, art room, and classrooms all amazing. The instructors seemed very hands on with every child. Classrooms were setup prior to children returning from recess with the activity they would be performing that day (very organized). And everyone we met was super patient especially Eileen, she answered every single question in a way that did not feel rushed and you could tell she had a great passion for KLA. When the tour ended she even invited us to return for a mommy and me class so we could get a better feel how a child's day at school would go. This is what sealed the deal for my husband. The classroom we observed was interactive, engaging and most importantly felt SAFE. We asked if we could step out for 5 mins to see what it would feel like to leave our child alone with unfamiliar people. We were permitted to observe from a window. Clearly our babygirl cried.. the instructor comforted her and read her a book and the tears were gone within 3 mins. Nothing during our mock trail felt forced or fake it seemed genuine. Parents walking the hallway were smiling, one even told us they love the school for their children. We met with the director and were given prices.. to be honest the monthly fee is expensive compared to other school we have toured. However, when you experience the KLA culture, the staff and community the tuition becomes priceless when our child's development is on the line. She hasn't started and won't till the new school year but so far Eileen has made a profound impression on our family and we have never felt so confident in our decision. At the end of the school year I will review again on the progress our babygirl has made. THE BEST IS YET TO COME :)

She knows the pledge of allegiance, numbers, letters, colors, and is finishing out pre K reading a few words. I know she is safe here and I am sad that she has grown out of the school. I would keep her here if the grades went higher. Pamela and Ayleen are super caring and attentive to any inquiries and called me to update me on my child when the drop off was difficult and emotional. I am so glad this school exists and glad this was my child's first school experience.

It was the first time that my son was enrolled in a school and surprisingly he did not cry!! (That says a lot because my son is picky with people) Everyone was beyond supportive and I'm so happy with my decision to have him here. I would definitely recommend Bright Futures to everyone!!! He has learned so much during his time here and I have them to thank. His teacher Mrs. Osmaida and the director Cristina Sardinas are amazing people...as well as all the other teachers and staff. Their passion for what they do shows everyday. Thank you guys for everything!! =)

In addition the owners (great women) are also certified teachers. My sone was there from 3 years old to pre-K4. He left BF reading and writing and was ahead of most kids when he got to Kindergarten (at another school). When It was time for my daughter to go we sent her there for a couple of years (1-3), but decided to move her to my son's school (for convenience only) for prek-4. TERRIBLE DECISION!! She received nowhere near the level of education at her current school, than what she could have received at Bright Futures. We have some friends and family with small children, and when they ask about preschools, I ONLY RECOMMEND Bright Futures. It is a wonderful, nurturing, and well organized school. Your kids will benefit from this experience immensely.
