I requested I be contacted in the morning to confirm he would be there the next day, I was not. I called and was told he would be out later in the day. At 5 o'clock on the second day an employee with minimal experience showed up. He gave me his opinion, I told him I would let the office know the next day what I had decided, and that I was unhappy that Alex didn't bother to show. Unannounced on the third day Alex came to my house. I told him I'd already signed a contract with another company, that I didn't require his service. He asked if I was having it cut down, I said no. He said 'you're wasting your money', as he glanced at my tree. I said I don't require your services, thank you. You can go. He said, "you asked for my opinion and I'm gonna give it to you!" I told him he didn't bother to show or call for the first appointment, he didn't show for the second appointment, I'm not using his company. Instead of an apology, he said 'This is your fault because you were impatient. You wanted to see me, I'm gonna tell you what you need to do!' I told him to get off my property, he refused to leave immediately, telling me I was wasting my money. I had to tell him a second time to get off my property, he yelled at me all the way to his truck. I have NEVER had an experience like that.
