That is simply terrible , difficult to get out of and it's just a matter of time before someone gets injured trying to come out of it . They certainly need better staff and a better system .

Maybe not exactly Grand to the standards of Vegas, but Grand in service, politeness, and helpfulness. That carelessness is main driver along with unreliable utilities for the lower rating.

The staff were all super friendly and I was struck by how clean everything and they had staff cleaning the hallways constantly to keep up with the salt and snow. The breakfast which is included with the stay is soo good with homemade pastries and hot options. The agency refused to discus the matter further and AirBnB could nto help since the deposit was handled off-platform. The agency also confirmed in correspondence it was a maintenance issue.
