After talking with Tonya, one of the Studio Red Coaches, I gathered my courage and girded my big boy pants to give it a try. I wasn't feeling 100% when I came in (up late, dogs up early wanting to play on me), but when the 50 minutes were up, my body was tired in a good way, and my brain was ready for more. Tonya showed how to perform the exercises and gave modifications, and kept the class going, spending time with each of us. The three free classes a month seems to be a little used benefit that I will be taking advantage of more often.

If you want to work out by yourself, it is almost a private gym where you have access to everything all the time. Brian has been great for the 9 months I have been here. I feel very excited while working out with my personal trainer. My personal trainer is very amazing and she has a high experience in training. she always gives motivation and enthusiasm to work hard and always make sure i handle the equipment right to not hurt myself. In fact, she is very faithful in her job. In every training session, my trainer gives me different exercise, this makes me feel exciting and contenting.
