The woman quoted me $23.14. I told the potential buyer the amount, and he agreed. Today when I went back to the same UPS store to ship the item(Cumberland Parkway), the woman said it would cost $111!! Unbelievable- how can an estimate be so far off?? This puts me in a VERY uncomfortable and awkward situation with my buyer. To say that I'm upset is an understatement!!
