Marty gave me the estimate and was right on time, which immediately gave me confidence in choosing Reilly Insulation in Willow Grove. Mike and Colin did the installation, and they were punctual, professional, meticulous, and took great pride in making sure everything was done correctly. They kept the work area clean, explained what they were doing, and I felt completely confident that my home was in good hands. I'm also planning to have them do my crawlspace encapsulation because SO much freezing cold air comes in through the floor and crawlspace in the winter. It's great to know they do spray foam as well as other applications, so I can trust them with more than one project. I know it's like a joke getting contactors in but it's not terribly funny when it happens to you. The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

Apparently this vendor only wants large jobs so if you have something smaller, do not bother to contact as it will just waste your time.

As everyone I am always procrastinating on things that are outta sight outta mind. I knew the…read moreinsulation in my attic was way below what it needed, but I needed a cold day in October to remind me. In searching for a solution I came across WCI. A representative came out and she knew what she was talking about. My house has nothing but horrible electric baseboard heating. On truly cold days it was necessary to crank them up to 75-80 just have the ambient temperature at 67 or so degrees. Mimi arrived and took the tour. She through out lingo I didn't know but she made sure to explain everything fully. After a about three hours I received a proposal which gave me the highest insulation but was priced very reasonably. A few unfortunate events led to a couple reschedules but eventually they arrived and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The technician walked me through what they did which assured me I got what I paid for in full. The truest test was that the temperature has not been below 69 degrees yet. Even on the recent coldest day of January 20-21st 2019 where the high was 15 degrees I never had to adjust the thermostat and it maintained between 69-71 degrees inside. Fantastic work and highly recommended.

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.
