His communication was thoughtful, and he offered extra services to make up for the hiccups. That said, the experience as a whole left a lot to be desired. Deadlines were repeatedly missed--even when I adjusted my schedule to accommodate. What was supposed to be a straightforward project kept dragging on, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates or clarity on next steps. The team also misplaced my city sticker, which meant I had to file a police report and go to City Hall to replace it--just for trying to get my car worked on. To Adam's credit, they did offer to cover the cost, but that doesn't undo the hassle involved. As a gesture, they added ceramic coating to the paint, but unfortunately, they applied it without properly washing or prepping the surface beforehand--something that completely undermines the purpose and longevity of the coating. In short: good intentions, but poor execution. I appreciate the effort to make things right, but when you're paying for quality work, the follow-through has to match the promises.
