There isn't much else in this area of the neighborhood. I love how the store is packed full of costumes and accessories. They have the largest selection of witch hats I've ever seen. The items are organized in a clutter-y sort of way which I love. Kind of like my closet hehe. They had a great selection of suits ranging from the cheap packaged ones to a $700 classic suit that looked like Santa himself would wear. She was nice enough to give us an advanced boxing day sale of 50% off on the suit. She had all the accessories of course and my friend gave it to his father-in-law as a present. It was a huge hit! Now they'll have a Christmas tradition of dressing up as Santa for the little grandchildren. You must come here if you're in search of costumes, accessories and the like.

Here is where I have issues ... how they cut the fabric. They have a system where they cut exactly the amount you ask for. It an millimetre more. Some staff cut crooked which is what happened to me. I pointed out that her cut was crooked. She apologized and re-measured. Sure enough she was off by a few inches on one side because she cut crooked. So I said that I'll still take the piece but can I have a discount? She asked her manager and basically the answer was no. I still took the fabric, I suppose I could have asked for another piece to be cut (unfortunately I'm a people pleaser) but I bought the fabric piece as is. I felt bad to ask for another piece to be cut. There were people in line etc. On my drive home I became distraught about it thinking they could have given me a small discount and I regretted not asking for a new piece to be cut.

Worst Customer service, unprofessional sales clerks, and Manager does not return calls - even when SHE said when she would call back with an update. Supplier shipped a dress with a mark on it - apparently back in January. Sposa, returned the dress (failed to update us), and was "waiting" for the replacement. Wasn't until a frantic phone call in Feb placed by the bride, did the manager advise of the "mess up" - and a replacement one had been ordered right away. 2 shipments arrived, and no dress. Finally took threatening to get a refund - or have them order the dress with express shipping (as there were several american stores that could have the same dress - same brand (verified) - shipped in 3-5 business days. Magically dress showed up - again, only reason we knew was because we called to follow up again. When we signed the paperwork picking up the dresses - the "shipment date" was January. Sales lady spent more time wrapping a $15 costume jewelry necklace than she did with us and trying on the dress. Not one manager (even though they said they would be there, we confirmed a time) met us. And the Sales Lady did not apologize once. all in all - 3 bridesmaid dresses took 6 months to arrive, and the store blamed everyone but themselves.
