Not only that but she ripped thru my hair without combing it first to blow dry it which was painful and extremely damaging. I wish I had been more verbal at the time but was alittle in shock. As time has passed I realize more and more the damage she did to my hair and the breakage involved. It will take at least a year and a half to get back the hair I had and loved. Unfortunately there is no way to rectify this experience and outcome so contacting anyone at this business would have been moot.
