I have visited the Day Spa three times and have been satisfied each time. I had a Hydrafacial with Irini and was very pleased. She talked me through the entire procedure and didn't try to sell me any products at the end. Not that I won't ever buy any products; I just don't want a high pressured sale when I'm feeling vulnerable about my skin. She gave me some recommendations about what treatments I may want to consider in the future. Jhoe cut my hair, and I was very satisfied. I don't have a complicated or fancy hairstyle, but you would be surprised how many stylists can't cut a straight line. I have received so many compliments on my hair--even though it was not any major change--and I know it is because the cut is good. While my head was in the bowl being shampooed, Irini walked by and recognized me. She greeted me warmly and asked me about how my skin felt, etc. Will definitely return for hair, face, and other services as needed. read more

I am new to the area and I looked at reviews of this Salon before going. They did not disappoint. I was greeted by Anastasia and discussed the salon as well as the services offered. I was very excited to find an all in one Salon and Spa similar to the Salon and Spa I used when I lived in NH. Marissa was a gem and even upgraded my service from a nail soak off to a classic manicure. My nails look and feel so much better. After having gels done for so long my nails were a bit dry and she wanted to make sure they looked better going out than coming in. The employees and even better ! They made me feel like family :) Complimentary mimosa as well as strawberry water. Laura was the most knowledgeable esthetician I have had and gave my face the best facial. It was unbelievable she is truly a work of art and I feel so blessed to have her do her magic! I have now gone to Allure Day spa for 3 weeks in a row for Various services and each and every service has been very pleasant. David has "Magic Hands" and Larisa is amazing. The massages have been just the best. The waxing (Which I never have had done) did not hurt nearly as bad as traditional eyebrow waxing's I have had done. If you have never been here before, I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed. I have had, deep tissue, Swedish and hot stone messages so far and Brazilian and underarm waxing's. Am trying the Tibetan massage this week, should be really nice. read more

Irina is amazing!! She has been doing my waxes these past couple months and has also introduced me to the hydra facial. She is very passionate about her work and it shows! I usually do microdermabrasion for my hormonal breakouts, and it helps, but usually will start to come back. When I did the hydra facial, my skin was glowing, similar to the microdermabrasion, but it was not sensitive and healed very quickly. I have been acne free for two months now! Another fabulous facial with Larysa. Month after month she consistently meets the needs of my skin and I always leave feeling refreshed. I fluctuate between the European facial with microdermabrasion and the Hydrafacial. Both are tailored to the needs of my skin. The price is fair and the service is superb. The receptionist is kind and helpful always smiling and accommodating. The atmosphere is very happy and once you enter the treatment room it feels cozy while maintaining a professional environment. At Christmas time I won a $50 gift card but living in Ponce Inlet, I had no idea where the spa was. I was interested in getting haircut, color & highlights and so after reading the reviews on how good Luda was with thick, course, wavy hair I booked an appointment with her.....all I can say is that I will definitely be returning! I have never had such a wonderful haircut, color/highlights and although the spa is 35 miles from my home, I will gladly make the trip to see Luda again!! I have moved to Vero Beach & still continue to drive five hours to & from to get my hair,facials & massages. They all go above & beyond for every customer. All of the ladies in the spa are equally amazing. I had Irina do my facial this time and she was incredible. When she did my facial and chemical peel, she talked through each step she did to let me know how it benefitted my skin as well as how each product she applied would make my skin feel. This place sucks. They have very limited selection of nail polish. The employees have no clue what they are doing. The owner is just as bad. They don't believe in customer service. They aren't friendly either. I will never go there again or deal with this rude obnoxious owner ever again.i would give zero stars for my experience if they would let me. I usually come to Allure European Day Spa for a massage. The massages are wonderful. My only negative (reason for 4 stars) is that the last 2 times I've been there this year, they usually run a few minutes late and they finish the massage in 50 minutes (I always look at my watch and their watch) to get ready for the next appointment.
