signed and emailed a contract back to Integrity Landscaping. called 6 time and left 5 messages. No one EVER answered the phone!! my wife called four times. No response to the contract or my calls. What terrible service. I EMAILED A CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT ( not that I really expected anyone to act on it) but the lack of integrity makes me concerned that there will be an attempt to collect despite having received no services. I've been so disappointed by Integrity Landscaping this year. They have my association's contract to maintain our landscaping. They took care of my small garden last year and were very nice about it. I wanted to hire them to do it on a regular basis but that never happened. However, this spring, when I called the same man to do the same thing this year, I did not get a return call. I tried many times, leaving messages on his cell phone and even called the company's office to have him call me. Well, there is no excuse for him not to return my call. If he can not do my work this year, than just call me and say so, Like a professional. This has infuriated me to no end. His rudeness is a sign a how young employees have no respect for anyone anymore. My yard looks absolutely horrible and they are here every week. I just don't understand why I couldn't get a return call to discuss my needs as a customer. I will be contacting the owner of this company to see if that person is aware of how their field managers, in particular Ethan is treating potential customers and losing money for them. read more

The staff was friendly, even the weekly staff would stop turn off equipment, listen yo my concerns and address them. We had them do a complete renovation of our property, the design was perfect! The installed pieces were spot on with the design, they did hardscapes for a paver patio. We highly recommend them for and landscaping design or service needs. read more

Integrity did a major landscaping job at my home 3 years ago, including building a new patio. The work was excellent. My first review was 5 star. However, I have to caution people that if you hire them, be sure to withhold a significant amount of the payment until you know that all problems are addressed and that all plantings are healthy. 5 large shrubs (of 9 total) they planted were dead, but since it was late winter when the project was completed, the health of the trees wasn't known until it was time for them to leaf in the spring. A promise to replace them was never fulfilled. After 2+ years of continual replacement promises, they finally agreed to reimburse me the $500 cost of the plants. (They first said that they did not charge me $100 per plant and weren't going to give me $500. I had to show them the agreement for the cost to remind them.) I still have not seen the money. My last communication even offered to take an equivalent in goods, such as mulch, in lieu of cash. No response. Also, their contract has a built in clause to accept only arbitration to resolve issues, not permitting legal action. I had the foresight to cross that out and initial and note that I did not accept that term. While I will not sue because of the cost, if the problem had been bigger, I would have had that avenue available to me. Bottom line - They do great work, but protect yourself. If there is a problem, it will not be addressed once they have been paid. read more

I can't imagine a worse company. I am stuck with this company because our community association hired them to save money, but in case there are other HOAs considering them, this is a warning. You get what you pay for. The staff uses leaf blowers as a solution to absolutely everything. It doesn't matter which season it is. If it can't be blown, you're out of luck! They do not trim bushes in the common area around the outside of my unit, or pull weeds (leaf blower doesn't do it). Inside my yard they step on my bushes and break off limbs. They step on my sprinklers. They knock over items and don't bother picking anything up...because the leaf blower won't do it, I guess. They just have absolutely no respect for the property of their clients. Once I caught one of the staff members urinating behind my shed. Also they do not come on the same day every week, so you don't ever know when to leave your fence open. I work from home, or I would be screwed. They stop in the middle of a job for lunch, so if you are uneasy about leaving your fence open, you just have to wait until they return. It's just really disheartening to have to deal with this. I wish I could opt out and pay for my own choice. I would find someone who is considerate and hardworking, and actually does have "integrity"! read more

FYI : Sorry to report! For anyone looking to have landscape work done. I contacted a local Ashland, Va company: Integrity Landscaping Solutions 11200 Leadbetter Road P. O. Box 6183 Ashland, Va 23005 # 804-798-0048 I spoke with Geoff Lawrence, Vice President and Co-founder, we scheduled an appointment for today to get some work done. Geoff called and advised he was on the way. Later I saw a " Integrity " truck come down my driveway. I was getting my kids coats on to meet Geoff outside to show him the work that needed to be repaired; before I got out the door the " Integrity " truck turned around and left. I was thinking maybe he didn't see the address but he did not return. I called his cell phone and it was sent to voicemail. I left a message and still have not been contacted. I tried the main # and no answer. I find it hilarious that I need work done and they are to busy to return a call though they made the drive to my house. I would advise " Integrity " to look the definition of their companies name and see if it is fitting. Oh and by the way " Integrity Landscaping Solutions " " GOD Bless" read more
