I had arrangements with another company but they flaked...absolutely flaked, so I reached out to Brandon more or less in panic mode as I did want my yard to get past the point of help as summer approached. Brandon responded to my inquiry on the same day as I made it and we agreed to a visit within a couple of days. He showed up on time, couldn't haver been nicer and most importantly for me... he was so patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. Later that evening he sent me a thorough proposal with fair and reasonable pricing. I approved the estimate and within a few days Brandon was out in the yard doing a ton of weeding, mowing, feeding and trimming. I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. When I called to ask exactly where the shop was, they were upset that I was trying to find the address. They are definitely not interested in a good customer service. Finally, I tried to look up their business on the BBB of Denver. They are not listed. All flags I think you should consider before you move forward.

In addition, our mom who had only been widowed 3 months, was treated with kindness and respect. They saw the picture of her husband and found out about them.
