After studying the online menu for hours, I finally drove the hour and ten minutes to Hattiesburg to bring my little nephew and niece for a sugar rush. Everything was perfect. It's truly a place to indulge in ice creaminess! You can sample flavors before deciding on your mix or you can purchase pre filled jars from the cooler. The prices are okay more than the traditional spots but you are paying for the wow factor and honestly the smallest jar as pictured was enough for all three of us but of course no one shares ice cream. Rest assured, you won't eat it all in one setting. We opted for a regular jar without the candy and sprinkles we only wanted a cotton candy topper. The staff was really nice and patient as it was our first time and ordering can be complexed once you see all you can pick! Be prepared for a price range of $5-15 per item (this ran $26 plus I tipped) but again when was the last time you did something for the first time. Yes, you could purchase gallons from the store for what this pictured cost but the memories and smiles on my niece and nephew's faces are priceless. Treat yourself at least once. You deserve it! I will revisit soon with or without the children. I don't remember the full name of the ice cream in the "kiddie" cup and yes it's mine but it is seasonal with a name including buttered toffee bourbon....it was delicious. The jar was a pink and blue cotton candy flavor which tasted like most of the same blend but this is creamier. What an AWESOME place to bring a little happiness into your day! We were on a very long road trip, found this place online, and looked forward to it through three states! It was very worth the wait! Cookie Butter Me Up was our favorite but you can't go wrong here. You won't need one shake or sundae per person but we did anyway. I've been here a handful of times and tried many different flavors. My all time favorite is the cookie butter ice cream. I personally prefer the ice cream over the milkshake. When you first walk in, it may be overwhelming because of the menu. There are A LOT of options and words on the menu. Environment: The inside has a cute barnyard aesthetic with pretty lights! Everything is dark wood and black metal chairs. The price: it's on the pricey side. On average I spend around $14 on one thing but you do get to keep the mason jar. They even have a hot water washing station to clean your jar so you can take it home! Overall: love this place! Will be coming back soon to satisfy my sweet tooth! read more

Was pleasantly surprised by how many different ice cream creations they have. Their specialty shakes are really spectacular. The Unicorn and Mermaid were a hit with my granddaughters. They offer their shakes in a take home jar or have a cheaper version in a larger paper cup. Great for treating everyone with a treat without taking out a loan! With 18 different varieties there is one for almost any taste. They have regular ice cream by the scoop and regular shakes as well. They also have cookie dough pops. They are located in a wonderful shopping and dining area across the street from USM campus. Plenty of parking and fun places to shop and eat. Highly recommend. read more

I visited this place several times in the past six months so this review is not just one-time experience. The employee turnover is high, new faces every couple of months. The place is relatively clean but the layout can be changed to a nicer appearance. The pros: close to Southern Miss. Nothing else. The cons: lots of them. The product sold, the ice cream, is of poor taste and quality. Within a six months time frame, I sampled each of the flavors offered. The owners would benefit from either changing the recipe or buying from an ice cream lab. The price for the quantity sold does not support the quality of the product. The paper cup that suppose to hold three scoops can only hold two and a half, so there is a little bit of fraud going on, based on my visual observations. The difference in quantity between the two scoops cup and the three scoops cup is very little, see attached picture. You get robbed either way. At this rate, you get a much better deal buying from Walmart down the road. I will not return. My patience has reached the limit here... read more

We just paid $15 for a milkshake in a mason jar and they refused to give us a lid for the remaining shake. I even offered to pay for it and was denied. Seriously. For $15 I should get a lid! In addition, I asked for ice water and was told to use the water fountain. They couldn't give me ice. She said she would see what she could do and give me a cup with about 6 tiny ice cubes in it. Dinner and show! When we walk in, a nice young lady comes to greet us and tell us about how their menu works. She was very sweet and helpful. There were tons of different combinations. I went a little simpler than some of their specialty shakes were, which is just my style. My milkshake was fantastic and my brother enjoyed his ice cream cup as well. The best part, though: as we were finishing up our sweet treats, a disgruntled employee came in yelling at the manager with expletives. The decor of the establishment seems to want to convey that products are farm to table, which would substantiate the high prices. However, the ice cream is a Hershey product, and mediocre. The stamp on the receipt for our order (a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone and a vanilla malted milkshake) was 7:13, we got them just before 8:00. As a bonus we only paid $20.46 to wait 40 minutes for a waffle cone and a 16oz milkshake to go. If you're looking to test your New Years resolution to have more patience this is a good spot.
