Loved this casual Hattiesburg spot. We were stopped for the evening on our roadtrip back to Texas from Florida and were looking for a locally owned spot that wouldn't be to pricey. What I ordered: Chicken Spinach Pesto Gyro ($10.50) - Grilled chicken, spinach pesto hummus, lettuce, onions, feta dressing. - Side of fries included and they were amazing! - Tip: You HAVE to get the homemade ranch for dipping! Friendly staff, affordable quality food, and welcoming to regulars and visitors alike. What's not to love!

I haven't had Glory Bound in a while, so I went the other day and I'm glad that everything is ALWAYS consistently greatMy go to order is usually the garlic-basil hummus with pita bread or celery. I also love the jalapeño cilantro hummus, it's so delicious! Thank you guys for always having a welcoming atmosphere and great food!

stopped in for the first time tonight. we were promptly seated and Danni was our server. she was so knowledgeable about the menu and assisted us in hummus selections for the trio appetizer. for dinner we had the pita mozzarella, steak and feta wrap and buffalo chicken salad. we all agreed that we would repeat our order when returning! the restaurant has a small bar, a pick up counter, a few ready made items, and a good amount of seating indoors and an outdoor area. will definitely be returning when in the burg!

Wow what a great place to get gyros! I love their unique menu with different options to pick from. Their sauce was amazing, portion sizes was good, and good service too. I'd come back!

Lord of local selections! Try SOPRO!

I have not been here in 8 years.... it was Old Athens back then, but I'll be, same great flavor! I chose to sit at the bar, Brion was the man! He was so friendly and amazing! I so missed happy hour! Local SOPRO draft, why yes please! Two for one? Definitely! Pepper Jack gyro was the go to. How can you go wrong with bacon and cheese on a gyro? Comeback sauce get all in my mouth!!! I love this place!!! When I'm back in town a few months, I shall be returning to get my fix!

I usually love this place and never had any problems there. This particular time, I picked up my to-go order per usual. Didn't think to check the food(I will do better) because it's always right. Well this time I got all the way back home, 45 minutes away, and to my surprise I have no lamb on my Mediterranean plate. You can imagine the hurt, I was so hurt. We called back to let them know and had to wait in hold for about 15 minutes, received no apology. Hopefully everything is better now, because the food is delicious. I will give them another try.

If you're looking for a gyro, this is the spot to go! Pretty casual place but they have lots of options right off campus.

The music added an interesting touch to the overall dining experience. The service was fairly good--our waitress was polite and checked in periodically, though she did disappear for stretches of time, which us in a left a bit of a gap in attentiveness. But, when she returned, she was helpful and accommodating. The food was very enjoyable overall. One standout was the Lebanese tea, which, even without the pine nuts, had a great flavor and was a highlight of the meal. Most of the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, though the chicken in the Shawarma plate was a little dry. Despite that, the generous portions and authentic flavors made the meal satisfying. Lastly, I believe this place delivers a welcoming ambience, friendly service with room for a little more consistency, and delicious food with a few small areas for improvement. I'd gladly return, especially for the tea and the relaxed atmosphere.

Now that my family has moved away as well, I don't get to enjoy this place anymore. To this day, every time I look for Mediterranean food in San Diego, I find myself comparing it to this restaurant, and nothing has come close. Thank you for so many amazing meals and memories. Your food will always remind me of home, and I hope your business continues to thrive!!!

A review for another time but once I left the glass place I needed comfort food. I love kebab. A friend was married to an Iranian guy and I got hooked on kebab, basmati and warm flatbread. I go in prepared to break my no flour program but I saw the salads and realized that I wasn't going to let the poor customer service experience at the glass place let me make bad choices. I was greeted by the sweetest young lady who offered to make recs for me before she left for my tea. I ordered the Lulu Greek salad add chicken shwarma. I asked her to keep the pita bread. Insert me sobbing here. It was hard but I did it. Man was that salad phenomenal. Chicken breast that had a nice crust on it but was not dry. Crisp vegetables. A delicious oil and vinegar based dressing. So much food. Excellent service. Very clean. Mediterranean music playing very low in the background. I cannot wait to return and try kebab with warm pita, rice and hummus but today my blood sugar thanked me for the good choices

We were headed to the place behind it, but I think they were closed on Mondays. Server was good. No issue there. She was attentive, helpful, and very efficient. It's kind of a hole in the wall kind of place. No real attention to the look inside really, but I don't care anything about that. We started with a colorful hummus dish and falafel for appetizers. The falafel was fantastic! It might have been the best I have ever had. Loved it!! Hummus was great too! I had the Combo plate for lunch. It had gyro meat and the driest chicken I've ever tried to eat. Gyro was pretty crunchy too. It came with more hummus, a salad with a great dressing, and some rice. It was just ok. It dampened the whole experience. I'm sure if it were fresh and tender, it would have been great. Forgot to snap a pic. I'd eat there again if I ever stumbled across it again. Probably would not seek it out though. '25 - 21/111
