When I called I was told they have the right to blow from 2 feet of the area and make a pile. I did not see them pick up one leaf they did not make one pile. All they did was blow all the leaves into my neighbors yard and when I spoke to them about it they laughed at me and said nobody lives there anyway. I said yes in fact someone does live there. Apparently because the gentleman's yard is not cleaned up and is woody it's OK for them to just blow the leaves right into his yard rather than take the time to pick them up. Sad .

Oh boy was i mad! They denied doing it! Like who else tresspassed onto my property to do this? Ughhhh. My aunt had used them before and they left all the leaves in front of her house AFTER SHE TOLD THEM THAT THEY NEEDED TO PICK THEM UP OFF THE STREET. They even replied "yup we'll do that too". They were supposed to do a fall clean up, picking up everything and did hardly anything but MOWED OVER EVERYTHING with their standing lawnmower. And blower. It wasn't worth that much $$! How can they call themselves "Landscaping Architects"?? I will NEVER use these guys again after these incidents. Even my neighbors have complained to me about them as well! They ruined my neighbors mail box. I had to pay for it too! I called Sunshine and they DENIED IT! Boy was I mad! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE A NICE HOUSE WITH VALUABLE THINGS IN YOUR YARDS. Maybe this is typical with tree removal but it's just not what we thought was going to happen. We now have to pay a crew to remove two piles of branches and debris.

What I can say is my…read moreneighbor in Shrewsbury hired them June 27 th and they made her sign a document stating they weren't responsible for damage to the grass which I understand. HOWEVER, they didn't even TRY to protect the grass by putting down plywood to drive their heavy trucks on like most anyone driving on soft grass for tree work. They created large ruts in the grass. I know this because I voluntarily cut this persons grass and my mower now jumps all over the place when I go over the ruts. I did the best I could to pull it back up but they are deep ruts and with a powerful commercial mower like mine it bounces all over the place almost out of control. We discussed what we were looking to do and he wrote up the estimate and design options in his truck in 20-minutes. The attention to detail is meticulous with guys. They were extremely quick completing the job in 5-days including all the landscaping. Joe was very receptive to any concerns we had and appeased on on a couple of minor additions with a smile on his face. Everyone on the crew was friendly and very cordial. Joe is a true landscape artist, we could never have imagined our property would look this great. All of our neighbors have commented on how awesome the job came out.
