I cannot rave enough about this place. For the price alone it is an amazing deal. We ended up in a different suite than originally booked, but I have never had a happier accident happen! We originally had the Moonlight suite reserved, but ended up in the Lavender suite instead. Just wow. So beautiful and unique. The king bed is a sleep number so my boyfriend and I each adjusted our own sides to what we liked and it was awesome. There was an attached outside patio with a hammock, the jetted tub was giant for me and my boyfriend to fit in with room to spare (it could fit three people really) and the changing lights and jets just really made it amazing. Seriously the best tub I've ever taken a bath in it was so romantic. They have a huge selection of dvds for the TV in the room as well (I'd say maybe bring a couple of your own, the two we grabbed were empty unfortunately due to past guests having sticky fingers) but Wi-Fi available as well if you wanted to stream anything. We had the entire inn to ourselves on a Saturday night and it was very lovely and quiet. The included breakfast the next day by the owner/hostess Katelon was very nice and she is so knowledgeable about the town and had fun facts/spots to check out when we come back! There is a feeling of serenity to this place, from the calming music they play throughout the inn to the beautiful artwork and plants in every room. I'd definitely recommend anyone passing through or looking in the area to stay, to check it out. Although we didn't partake their spa services looked amazing as well (especially the sauna/yoga workout room!) Overall, an amazing unique experience. Thank you Katelon for everything read more

this place is wild owner is crazy Me and my family came from California to Utah to visit our family members grave so we needed a place to stay. The mansion we usually get was rented out and sadly we had to pick this place. At first we entered the building the owner seemed nice but the vibes were weird. We were told that we can only have 7 people stay here so we had the others go to a motel close by while the 7 of us plus me to stay there. Me and my friend had a room called "English Garden" which was just an average room with old baby photos on the wall and just the old vibe. Once we opened the curtains we noticed dead bugs on the window (photos added) and we found a live bug on our pillow which then we decided we are not going to sleep in this room. We stayed in the library which was public access. We watched a show and just matched puzzles until we fell asleep. I woke up with the owner saying that we can't sleep in the library and it's illegal, which was very odd. Then she asked me are my other family members sleeping in the other rooms and I said "I don't know". But she just seemed so crazy by rushing to my family members room and knocking on their door really loud at 8am in the morning. She was saying "where's the kid?" even though we had no kids in here but she said that I told her that "kids were here." Before she went to disappear for the 10th time I said that "we didn't sleep in the room because there were bugs in there." After telling her this she went ballistic and started saying no and that she would call the cops. Like for what? We had a sherif come over and we told him the whole story about this and he was cool with us and understood the situation. (Karen) She started saying lies that we damaged the place and we flooded the floor with a shower even though one of my family members was taking a shower. She kept recording us trying to prove a point which I don't know what she's on. She was treating us which charging us more even though we left at the first night when we got 2 At the end officer just said yea they don't want you back and we don't want to be back and we just left it as that. Conclusion: Don't go here she crazy and full of bugs that show they never clean this place and we had mixed people with us so it could also just be the color of our skin that persuaded this unrational behavior. read more

Bugs on my bed, dead bugs in the window. Kicked us out of the hotel our first day when we had two days and 3 rooms reserved. She treated us horribly forcibly waking us up in the morning walked in on my Grandma taking a shower. complaining about every little thing we did it was a horrible experience. Alongside the food was horrible as well. She even called the cops on us when we had done nothing wrong would never recommend this place, find much better in Manti. She is the definition of a Karen and her anger and misfortune would never be forgotten. read more

We enjoyed so much of this bed and breakfast. Katelon showed us around the house, and put out a feast for breakfast. We spent our evening at the front porch listening to hundreds of starlings and sparrows singing before their bedtime. And came three does casually visiting the neighborhood. My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to our honeymoon destination and I wish we had spent the whole time here! Our themes room (Lavender and Lace) had an incredible tub, balcony with a hammock, and a great mattress. Our breakfast of crepes and bacon was so good and a great way to start the day before we took advantage of the yoga studio. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I have traveled many years for my career and never once had such a horrific experience. I needed a place to stay for a month and thought The Yardley would be perfect. After the first few days I asked for a refund and that I would like to stay elsewhere because I did not feel comfortable. I was given one towel and was charged for 6 extra days and told I would need to leave and come back in the middle of my stay. The room was a disgrace, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the mirrors which were filthy and the counters. I was given zero instructions on what to do with my own garbage or any advice how to survive a month. I was instructed I would not be able to attend breakfast daily which was fine because I started work earlier than the breakfast. Also she would not clean the room till after my stay and to bring my own sheets and bedding. Her anger and attitude will never be forgotten. I am a single father trying to work and raise my girls was not only over charged by her for my stay but also charged by her for a separate stay which never happened totaling over $3,600.00. After much dispute she has kept the majority of money in the most greedy of fashions, as if I had stayed and had room service and breakfast for a month. I was barely there a few days and immediately addressed concerns and wanted to leave. In the end Katelon brought it on herself to justify keeping the money while stepping out of business boundaries and offering personal advice on how I "should be." I have never written a bad review and after she did admit I was her first "long term" stay and she didn't know what to do, I feel obligated to warn any future potential clients. I could not afford this, plus being charged elsewhere to complete the job has been very difficult financially. She also charged weeks in advance of the stay...I will never forget this and hopefully she will find the decency one day to make it right. read more

As a business traveler, I highly recommend the Yardley Inn & Spa. The staff was over the top accompanying! Lunch and dinner was prepared upon request. For a weary road warrior, like myself, I left feeling refreshed and revived. My room has a massage bed and jacuzzi tub with all non toxic spa products. Now let me talk about my meals...farm to table, local sourced, and an orchestra of flavors. I had a 5 star steak dinner that Now holds the bar for others. If I lived in Manti I would take all my guests to Yarley for a meal. This gem of a place will definitely see my repeat business. Next time...staying an extra day for spa services. read more

We will come back as soon as possible. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They take requests for breakfast. My wife and I stayed here, recently in November for our 9th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in the Lavender and Lace Suite. It has a nice big jetted tub and a walk in shower. We really enjoyed the nice ambiance, that was created by the nostalgic furnishings from the Pioneer, era. The breakfasts we had each morning were top notch, and I liked the nightly text reminder, from the manager, for breakfast and when housekeeping would come. We also enjoyed a nice carriage ride around Manti. With the recent time change, the manager went out of her way to make sure we would have adequate light to enjoy our ride. This place is a hidden gem in Manti, that doesn't disappoint if you are looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing vacation. read more

So, to begin with, there really isn't a huge selection of places to stay in this very small town. When I review I am considering everywhere I have stayed EVER. But with that said, I think this IS one of the nicest places to stay in Manti. It has an antique atmosphere, furnishings are old fashioned but it all has a nice homey feel. It is not modern or new at all, but it worked for us because there was attention to detail. We loved our little deck with a hamock. We loved breakfast the next day which was made from scratch from local produce. There was definite care and concern in the details and if you are looking for something homey and not ritzy or modern, but comfortable and well kept with history behind it, then this will work for you. read more

This B&B is everything your imagination would tell you it should be. It was like staying in an inn in a movie or romance novel. Everything from the fantastic library, the Victorian decor, to the sweetest old lady who greets you, gives you a tour and makes you the most delicious breakfast. Beware: She may shower you with hugs and kisses, she did my wife and I. We stayed in the Wedgewood, and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend it. Will be back! read more

This company must be very poorly ran. For the past two years, I have received a fraudulent charge on my credit card without my authorization. I would NEVER give my credit card information to this company. I have never given them authorization to charge my card and they continue to fraudulently charge my card. When I call them to look into the fraudulent charge, they are very unhelpful short and rude. they just tell me to "work it out with the credit card company... it not our problem". I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay while you are in the Manti area. Save yourself the problem of dealing with future fraudulent charges. read more

We've stayed in many other hotels, B&B's, inns and more. There is rarely any surprise involved with our stay. I do my research and feel confident that we will be getting what we pay for. That was not the case with Yardley. First impression from the street was that the building itself was a bit shabbier than their ad would suggest. Next we can't get inside until a cleaning lady opens a door for us. There is no one there besides her and she doesn't know anything about our reservation or room. She sets off to find the cook who then takes us to the room we reserved. This is where the real surprise came in. Our room wasn't in the B&B at all. It was in the neighbor's basement. The basement room had no heating or air conditioning, except a small space heater for winter and an 8" fan for those hot summer months. This room shouldn't be advertised as being part of the establishment. read more
