I texted my info, made several pictures to get a message back: "sorry, not doing complete re-screens at this time due to screen availability". Clearly none of these companies are lacking business at this time, but then adjust your message on the phone stating that due to overwhelming requests you can't handle any more business or that you can't repair more than a couple screens at the time. Save the customer some time also and honesty goes a long way. They seem to have good reviews outside of hurricane damage season, so I don't want to leave a one star review.

I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed.
