these folks did a good job, had my 2 doors sliding great in an hour. their tech is great, their office folks seem abrupt and off-putting but if you can handle it, you'll get your door fixed. Also not the cheapest price in town, however i recommend them as this was well managed and no return adjustments or nonsense to deal with! read more

We received a quote for work on our sliding doors of $400. So our final bill of $1,700 was quite a surprise. When we learned of a 3% credit card fee after having paid, my husband requested that we pay by check instead. Slider refused to allow us to do so! We didn't know it could be this good! Purchased a "new to us" home a few months ago. The sliding doors opened, with some amount of effort. We just assumed that was normal, because the doors were heavy. After hearing the catchy "Slider Man" radio commercial, we decided to call. Everything about this company was great from start to finish. The phone staff was polite, courteous and helpful with providing a cost estimate and scheduling. On the day the work was to be completed, we received a call letting us know they'd be about 5 minutes beyond our scheduled time - great communication. The technicians that arrived were very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the repair quickly and did cleaned up their workspace perfectly. Wednesday July 12, 2023 Cape coral, Florida I described the issue to the two Technicians about the PGT Impact Glass slider door. They knew exactly what to do with the repair. Removing two PGT panels is not easy, very heavy. After 45 minutes I had a door I could close with two fingers and very smooth. Beacon Windows in Palm Beach Florida recommended SliderMan for my job. $ 189 for less than 15 minutes worth of attention in which 2 in training "employees" watch as one put 3 sliders back. My tracks upon which the sliders worked were bent and the slider did not work after they left. Neighbors recommended SliderMan of Naples to fix the problem or get an estimate for replacement. This all would have been part of an open insurance claims from Ian that had affected my screens. After calling early in the morning to schedule the Naples crew to evaluate overall situation and prepare an estimate for an insurance claim. Late in the afternoon my call was returned by the Cape Coral office. I explained I had had the crew out before and the situation was unresolved. I explained why I was dissatisfied. The woman began to say it was my fault because I had lifted the slider. Basically she hung up on me when I tried to explain I physically could not have done the lifting nor had anyone else tried. There was no attempt to send anyone to review my problem . Their people did not do their job correctly and they made no attempt to solve the problem or offer an estimate for fixing the damaged slider. Sorry guys. Poor response to claim customer is responsible and poor job and poor customer relations. read more

I used the slider man for over 15 years and I've been very pleased with them in the past Which I had recommended them to many customers in the past. But recently I had a total knee replacement and I've been put on permanent disability. The nice man Eric came to fix my slider and literally in five seconds it was fixed because I don't have the strength to lift the middle slider onto the truck. So I asked Eric if there was any way they could waive the service call since you're only here for five seconds he said let me call the office. He called the office and talk to a woman names Daniel Which was very rude and unprofessional and would not work with me at all about the service call. I just think the woman in the office was very unprofessional and not trying to come to a disco for service call. I will never use this company again. $89.00 in five seconds to fix the middle slider. Come on give me a break it's not like I'm a new customer and they were here a long time literally five seconds to fix it never ever well I recommend you or use you again. I hope other people feel the same way as I do when they feel like they got ripped off and that's how I feel have a nice day! You know some people just don't get it read more

We had a fastastic experience with the Sliderman men that came yesterday to service our three slider doors at our home in Park Shore, Naples. They were very experienced resolving numerous issues with our patio sliders. Our slider metal rollers were original to our 15 year old villa home which made our 9 foot tall doors very difficult and heavy to open. They installed nylon rollers and cleaned our tracks. Also installed a new door handle which they had on their service van which was a pleasant surprise because I had not discussed the handle issue when I made the appointment. Again I found both technicians extremely helpful with several issues not mentioned in this review which they resolved easily. My doors open so easily now. I highly recommend Sliderman. read more

First of all, you gotta love the name Slider Man. We didn't know what to expect, but a team of three masked young men arrived with matching gold Slider Man shirts, and politely but quickly assessed the problem: broken lanai handle and tough cap rail. Then they got to work and replaced both in about an hour. Their price was reasonable, and they didn't suggest unnecessary work. Only downside: they're booked 2 months in advance. All I wanted was to have new rollers and have my stackable sliders work properly. I was quoted $349 which included new caps on track. When two young men arrived I was told they could not do caps and there will be additional charges because they could not take the sliders off to work on them. 45 minutes later they have the doors off the track add laying on a saw horse and nothing covering our brand new flooring. The doors were put back differently than they were and they put in additional screws which did not allow them to close properly. These two young men had no idea what they were doing. The owner was contacted and she was horrible to deal with as well. They charged $450 and the doors work worse than they did when they arrived. I paid them just to get them out of our condo. Horrible!!! Maybe they were a quality company years ago, but things have certainly changed. read more

This team is terrific. I originally booked my appointment before the coronavirus shut down. They reached out to me multiple times to let me know about rescheduling and how they were handling the situation over the many weeks of the shutdown. When they were able to commit to my appointment the two gentlemen showed up with masks and gloves and excellent recommendations on how my sliding door needed to be fixed.
