I was expecting it to be able to pull up to the window and receive it, instead they asked me to pull forward. even though, I could see the lady making the caramel frappe, I pulled for. 20 minutes later, I am still waiting. Nine vehicles have received what they ordered and have drove by me. while there are four other vehicles that are pulled up in the waiting area. A girl walks forward, gives the person waiting in spot number one their food and was going to walk right past me and I said "I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a single item, a large caramel frappe." she apologizes about the wait and she goes in. 15 minutes later, she walks back outside with my large caramel frappe. In total, I waited for 35 minutes for a large caramel frappe which was $6.03. I don't know if it makes me the fool for paying $6.03 for a caramel frappe or if I'm the fool for waiting 35 minutes because I spent $6.03 on a large caramel frappe.

The speaker comes on, "hello, welcome to McDonalds!" giggles, oops, I mean Burger King. What the heck? I placed my order, and ordered french fries, she typed in Sprite. I say, no, not a SPRITE drink, medium FRENCH FRIES. The speaker is clear but she struggles to understand and I feel like I am talking to a rock. OK, finally, the order is correct. It took about 15 minutes to get to the window, I watched car after car behind me lose patience and leave. At least 8 cars drove around me and went to another restaurant, I wondered how they stayed in business. I finally get to the window and the lady hands me a sprite. "Really?" I say. NO, I wanted fries. Yes, I have fries on your order as well. She reads the order to me, ALL wrong. SO wrong. The only correct part was the fries. She rings up a new total, and then she asks me to park in the pick up and she'll bring my order out. I do and another 10 minutes pass. I watch as cars stack up outside the door of the restaurant, obviously other people who are waiting for their order. Finally I see an employee walk out, look around, and I honk at her. "is this my order." unfortunately she ignores my honk and walks back inside. I got out of my car, went inside. There were two families waiting to order, get tired of waiting and leave. I told them, "You are smart for leaving, this place is a disaster" and they laughed. No one is around for easily another 10 minutes. Finally I catch the lady whom I talked to at the cashier. Oh, yeah, your order has been ready, we could not find you. I said, "I was parked where you told me to park." Blank stare. Oh, yeah. She hands me a package with cold fries. She tells her coworker, "comp that person large fried because she waited for so long." I asked her if I was going to be similarly comped because I waited so long. No, my fault because she could not find me. Again, I stated, "I parked where you told me to." I just grabbed the bag and left, throwing the cold greasy fries in the trash on the way out. One of the employees said, "out manager quit last week, we're doing the best we can." WOW. Just, never again. I cannot imagine how much money this restaurant lost in this one busy Saturday, but the owner needs to sit up and take notice.

The quality and pride taken in preparation seems to have gone way down hill. I know it is not all the establishment because quality of food in America is all pretty bad now unfortunately.
