I have autoimmune issues so try to get massage therapy semi-regularly for chronic pain relief. She is also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and her sessions always relieve my inflammation and improve immune function. She recently added Cranial Fascial Therapy to her practice, which focuses on releasing tension in the fascia and nervous system. I had a couple of sessions in January and wow, my head felt ten pounds lighter afterwards because it released so much tension from my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It may sound strange but it also helped improve my concentration and focus. Last week I had seven straight days of lower back pain from a muscle spasm and could barely walk. We both agreed that we should have saved the money and gone somewhere else. The lady who did my reflexology didn't use much pressure, moved way too fast, used the same repetitive motion, and stayed in the same area the whole time. Same for my daughter, except her pressure was fine. The man in the chair across from us was snoring so his must have been great. Overall we left and our feet were still tired and sore.
