My experience at the Zen Den with Sasha has been excellent. I've been going to her for about a year now receiving all kinds of treatments (facials, back facials, fat blasting, waxing, brow & lash tinting, etc). Sasha is a super aesthetician, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, she explains the procedures and products very well. Sasha is also a trained and licensed massage therapist which she is also terrific at. Her massages really make a difference, after she's done, I'm able to get on with the day ahead without the persistent nagging pain that usually haunts me. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend her knowing that you will have a great experience at the Zen Den. read more

If I had not seen it coming in time to shut my eye, my eyesight would have been ruined. As it was, it sealed my lid shut. This happens because he bounces off the walls and leaves you sitting in the chair while visiting with whomever comes into the shop. Or he is busy showing you things on his phone. A 40-minute style takes an hour or longer. Even though you have an appointment, every time I show up for mine, he is still in the middle of the person ahead of me. He was never on time. If he screwed his appointments up and called me to see if I would change my date to help him out, I always did. He, however, never called back to reschedule a new date even though he said he would. He would never call us back for a new appointment if we became sick or had to cancel. No matter how many times we contacted him, he never called back. This was out of spite. This, along with the prior review issues, is why we left. There are better hairdressers out there who are cheaper and respect their customers and co-workes. This owner is an unhappy, busy body with a mean streak. If a client he had issues with called while I was there if he looked at the number and he didn't want to speak to that person he would not answer the call. He would let it go to VM or ask his girl Morgan to take a message. He then would trash that client calling and talk badly about them.
