It didn't go so well for Mighty Mouse, the loudmouth proprietor, because after I threw his taunts back in his face, he got flustered, squeezed out a forced chuckle, and turned his attention elsewhere. The are better, hassle-free, cigars than MSS in the Cleveland area, including the far more welcoming Havana Choice, to name just one.

I didn't actually see inside, I had called to see if they had a product that I had been told by my…read moredoctor and pharmacies that medical supply stores would have. There was no answer, only voicemail, even though their hours stated they would be open. I didn't leave a message, but someone called me back almost immediately, evidently getting my phone number from caller ID. The gentleman had a strong accent, and was somewhat hard to understand, though I appreciated him calling back so quickly. I was still in the parking lot. When I explained what I needed, he didn't recognize it, vaseline gauze for wounds. According to my doctor, this was a common item for first aid, but nobody knew what it was! I ended up getting it from Amazon, after checking every pharmacy and medical supply stores in a 20 mile area from Hillcrest Hospital. Even pharmacists had no idea what it was. So I can't fault them too much, though I was surprised that they didn't know what it was.
