That same lady keeps saying it's the law to show ID to sit in the lobby. Ohio law requires to show identification when entering into the retail area where it is double locked from the inside. The law does not require to show proof of identification if you're waiting in the lobby with the person that you came with that is going to purchase the product. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone and will never come back again.

Been over 30 days and nothing has moved with us calling and trying to get a refund on our initial payment. We saved all our text message conversations over the month and even recorded our interaction with the 'Senior Manager' who apparently has nobody that she reports to and refused to give a number to call for anyone else. All we wanted was to get our money back after a one question interview with their doctor who basically said that he couldn't help, give more cash and talk to this guy. All we want is out, we don't want to move forward, and we don't want to deal with them again. They have refused to give a refund. When pressed they offered $50 off the additional $99 they wanted to refer to the other doctor. When we told them we have no faith in their doctor and no longer wanted to proceed they refused the refund completely. My wife even tried to reason with her after they talked through specifics. When they flat out refused any refund my wife went so far as to say she would continue if they waived the $99 fee instead of taking $50 off. Offering that the senior manager refused both the refund and waiving the fee. All these people do is read off a script and do not listen to you. Half the time we spoke they came back repeating what they had said the moment before you spoke. Still wanting that refund and nothing to do with them. Renewal just required a simple form online and a video call with a doctor. On the day of, my appointment was running late. I called the provided number in the virtual waiting room, and the gal who answered was very helpful and prioritized me as next in line. I'm not sure if they forgot about me or were just understaffed, but I appreciated that she prioritized me during my busy work day. Quite literally, my appointment lasted five minutes. I really value that Ohio Marijuana Card doesn't make you jump through excessive hoops or have an unclear process. Chronic pain should always be taken seriously and OMM gets that you don't want to be buried in an unclear process.
