We hired Chef Paolo and TheFoodResearch team for our joint Bach party in Palm Springs this past weekend and they exceeded our expectations!! The booking process was seamless and they provided everything we needed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious and they fed all 18 of us till we were completely satisfied. They even made some extra pizzas for us to snack on later that night and packed the leftover pastas for us as well. The tiramisu was absolutely DIVINE! Had a great experience with The Food Research! We were the Photo Booth vendors at a Bar Mitzvah & our station was set up right next to their pizza station. Their entire set up from start to finish was smooth. They arrived with their truck & mobile pizza oven (which was so impressive by the way, there was real wood getting the fire burning) & they went straight to work! We watched in awe just seeing everything come together. They didn't just make pizza , they had a whole set up filled with pasta, salads, & other dishes for the entire party. Paolo and his team from TheFoodResearch Caterers recently catered a pre-wedding event party for us in Palm Desert and we can't say enough how wonderful an experience it was for everyone inn attendance. The hot pizza right out of the pizza oven was just delicious with a great variety of offerings to satisfy everyone's preferences. They also put together a great charcuterie tray along with two amazing Garden and Caesar Salads to go along with the pizzas just made for a full spread that people could not stop talking about all evening. And the cost at the end of the night for a party of over 50 people was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend TheFoodResaerch Caterers for any event you are planning. Paolo cooked a private dinner at my house for my wife's 40th birthday with only a few hours notice after our private chef cancelled the day off due to sickness. 16 people, 5-6 course meal, beautifully put together, at a fair cost and, most importantly, tasted great!Professional the entire time, far exceeded my expectations. We were very lucky to be put in contact with him through a friend that day. He simply mimicked my original menu with a few small changes. I was terribly disappointed that this company decided NOT to show to Mt. Lowe Brewer in Arcadia last Saturday. We reached out to them weeks before because we were hosting a Yoga & Beer event. They initially responded, then crickets, nothing further. The day of the event, they were a No Show and didn't even bother notifying the brewery.
