One month ago while four lawyers were waiting for me to scan an important document, the Regus scanner didn't work, that was quite embarrasing. That's the same day the Regus coffee machine didn't work. Fast forward to last Wednesday, I called to reserve an office for another deposition appearance about 4pm, the depo was for the next day. NO ONE CALLED BACK WHICH IS TYPICAL. So, I went to the office Thursday morning to set up for the depo and was told, "NO OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION." Quite alarmed as the deposition was to start in 30 minutes before 3 lawyers. I raced to my home office for the depo. As I ran out the door I told the receptionist to close my account! One week later, I'm told that my account os still open until April 2026!! The lack of services provided by Regus represents a "BREACH OF CONTRACT" and I demand that the account be closed and all funds paid be REFUNDED. BUYER BEWARE.

We have had offices on the second and third floor. Both have been great experiences and the transitions between rooms was seamless. I love that wework allows you to scan in at any point of the day. Our company starts at 6am so this building allows us to arrive on time without having to wait for the staff to arrive. The art and decorations are so trendy and cute. There is plenty of seating spaces in the open areas. There are open private booths near the kitchen area and tables laid out across the stairs. I have to take virtual interviews so I opt to use the silent booths. There are some located on the third and second floor! If one floor is packed I walk down to the other and there will be spots open. I love the events they have started to plan in the office. There is a calendar you can access online to see upcoming events-those calendars are also printed and posted across so many different wework doors in the building as a reminder. Savannah is always so great at helping with anything that is needed for our company. She also hosted a book club! It was such a fun time getting to discuss literature with her and others in the building who signed up for it. Q has started a social event gathering for wework members once a month and that's been a great way to build community with others I pass on the office on a daily basis. Lastly, Justin is always so present and amicable when I approach him at the front desk. I have really appreciated the community feel Savannah, Q, and Justin have created. To top it off facilities are constantly kept in a clean and very sanitary state.

I was at our company's corporate office for training and decided to stop by the café for lunch one day. I had grilled salmon and the vegetable of the day, which was a sautéed squash/zucchini. The food tasted OK despite the salmon being slightly fishy and flavor. This was the only email I have eaten that day and within a couple hours of eating my lunch my stomach did not feel right. As the afternoon progressed in the evening, my stomach started to cramp more and more, and I became nauseous. Throughout that night at well into the next day, I had the worst case of diarrhea/cramping, and the vomiting/headache/chills and overall miserable feeling continued for at least a day and a half.

She always greets me by name, handles any concerns quickly and professionally, and makes the whole experience feel personal and smooth. The only downside I've noticed in my first couple of weeks is that the priority internet speeds can be slower than expected, and the dedicated bandwidth option is quite expensive. Everything else has been working well for my needs. Overall, I'd recommend Regus Summerlin if you're looking for a prime location with good support and professional workspaces in the area.
