    The most rude, unprofessional, and impolite customer service I ever spoke to in my entire life…read more I paid for a registered agent package today and then I noticed they offer mail forwarding services. so I started a live chat to enquire about what's included in the services, specifically scanning, as it's not clear on the website. The customer support on the live chat does not even greet you with Hi or Hello and they went on closing the chat and mark it as resolved without providing the full details. So I called, my question was simple: what's the difference between the virtual office package and the mail forwarding package as they both provide an address you can use to forward mails. the person on the phone said there is no real difference except the virtual office give you a lease agreement and includes all mailing and scanning fees. It was strange as the pricing is way different, so I went and confirmed with this person multiple times and I said so if I just need an address to forward mails coming to my business then I will juse use the mail forwarding service as I won't need the office lease agreement and she said yes. I was still skeptical, I went back to the live chat and asked if it's true that that's the only difference between the 2 plans? and the live chat person said no, the mail forwarding can only be used for things like state filings. So now I'm even more confused and I said why the person on the phone said that the only difference is the lease agreement and the fees? they go: oh everything is explained on our website?? like what?? nO IT'S NOt, the website is super confusing and thats the reason why Im wasting all this damn time trying to figure things on my own. So they ended by: you better call us. So I called again and the person on the phone was HYSTERICAL. she was oh we went through this already and you went to ask the same question on the chat, I explained to you many times bla bla bla bla. she was super hysterical and super unprofessional like she was speaking to her boyfriend not to a business customer. Then she confessed, that no the mail forwarding package cannot be used with banks etc, so I said why did you tell me there is no difference then?? I tried to be patient and listened to her and then everytime I started to speak, she goes on interrupting me again and go on HYSTERIC MODE again. Extremely irritating and confusing service and the most incompetent, unprofessional and childish customer service I ever dealt with. I'm not even going to use this clown company for my registered agent services. I'm a very patient and calm person and rarely I get so irritated by someone, but this was the most horrible interaction I ever had in my entire life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS IS MY WORD.

    I have been using these folks for the last several years and find them to be a great resource for…read morebusinesses. They are for my corporate agents for 3 corporations that I run/manage. I use them for my virtual office for two of them. They are keenly intelligent, friendly and above all, are quite inexpensive. In addition to all of this, Claire is an amazing woman who not only handles their accounts, but has a huge bowl of candy that she is more than willing to share. You can't ask for anything more...top notch business acument, great business resources and some Mik Duds. I'm a happy guy.
