Because of them, I can move freely again- something I realized I hadn't been doing for YEARS. They taught me the correct body mechanics and made me feel amazing. After surgery to fuse L4 and L5 my surgeon recommended Bellaire Physical Therapy as one of the choices to help me back to health. When I entered their offices on the first visit I was wearing a heavy back brace and had to use a walker to move my feet. After a few months of physical therapy I no longer use a walker, or even a cane, to walk, I can rise from a sitting position on a chair without assistance, and am well on my way to feeling as if I am normal after ten years. The front desk has always been courteous and helpful, and the therapists have sometimes made me push my limits but never asked me to do more than I can do.
