I have had two massages with Chassy and was very happy with her. I would give her 5 stars. However, I can't say the same for the business. Given the surge in COVID cases among the unvaccinated, before my next scheduled appointment I called the center and asked if they could confirm that she had received the COVID vaccine. I was told HIPA regulations prevented them from responding. I called Reflections Therapeutic Massage on Drew Street and asked them if I could book a massage with a therapist who was vaccinated ... and was told that ALL their therapists are vaccinated. So I cancelled my appt at this center and made one at the one that is forthcoming about the vaccination status of their staff. I'm not taking any chances. read more

Considering that this is your body and usually people are seeking to relieve pain or stress, don't you think it's important to have someone experienced and knowledgeable about the human body?? I must say that Karen definitely does and you won't be disappointed. Don't be discourage by the somewhat odd location. Yes, it's in an old Florida strip mall behind Outback Steakhouse, but once inside it's very relaxing and all your worries will melt away. You can tell that Chris the owner is very dedicated to making your experience enjoyable. It's admirable to see people care so much about their own business and surround themselves with good team members. Fantastic massage. Very professional and thorough. If you have a sports related issue I would highly recommend. I lift and swim regularly but have neglected one of the most important aspects of my health. Meeting with Chris this week was amazing. I was looking for a new massage therapist for relieving neck and back pain...and I think I've found it. After reviewing my health history, Chris asked some detailed questions about my pain and instead of the standard deep tissue massage I've gotten everywhere else he gave me personalized symptom relief. Fantastic!!! My husband and I had therapeutic and full body massages from Chris and Andrea. I'm a dance instructor and my husband is a long distance runner. The massages targeted knotted muscles and stressed joints and immediately relieved soreness. Both Chris and Andrea take the time to listen and understand your needs and explain what they are doing. We went back the next day for an hour long stretching session with Chris. The stretching focuses on releasing the fascia throughout your body to improve flexibility. I have moderate arthritis in both knees and I live with constant stiffness and minor pain. After the stretching session - which was like no other stretching session - all stiffness was gone from my knees. That hasn't happened in 5+ years!! The only good therapist here is Andrea. The most fulfilling part SHOULD NOT be able generating sales but fulfilling customer satisfactory. The management was AWFUL! There's no training provided for the massage therapists or receptionists and poor communication especially from the owner. Overall, the apparatus was uncomfortable.
