The staff were wonderful, very informative, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. The only thing I would note is that the "90-minute session" includes about 30 minutes of orientation and learning how to use the equipment, so you have closer to 60 minutes to enjoy the services. I do think that could be communicated a little more clearly, but even so, I felt it was well worth it. My favorite experiences were the red light therapy and the zero-gravity massage chairs.
