I was free to do whatever I wanted as long as I was calm and relaxed on my bed or on a chair. Whatever I experience would be correct. Afterwards Justine asked how I felt and if I experienced, saw, felt, sensed anything. Towards the end I coughed a lot and Justine actually felt some discomfort in her throat as well. We were in sync. She gave me her insight and most of it resonated well with me. She gave me some suggestions and recommendations for situations that were going on with me at the moment. I believe that the reiki session really helped to clear out some of the blockage I had because not too long after some of what I was manifesting actually came to fruition!
