This all started when Danielle told me that I do not have a choice of massage after I pointed out to her and text her the picture of the groupon that said I did. This is the conversation thereafter. You make your mind up about the customer service of Danielle, as a potential brand new customer and possibly a repeat customer, I am glad I was able to get my trade in groupon for another business after all and do not want to do business with a person like this again. I feel that hurricane was just an excuse to cancel my appointment because she would not work with me. Me: You can see that the title, the fine print and redemption parts do not say anything therapeutic Danielle: Says right here you can choose from deep tissue therapeutic Me: Those ones are not even for mine as a matter fact because mine says it's $49 the ones that you have listed don't say $49 that must be a different group on your showing me not mine But that Groupon you just sent me is actually a better deal than mine as that one is $38 and mine is$49 so your deal is actually better that you just sent me It's OK I'll take the therapeutic massage that's fine I'm just saying I think you need to contact Groupon Danielle: I just seen that on today's idk I do use oils in every massage though Me: The one you sent me that still gives the customer a choice in massages as well it's not just saying for only one kind of massage so do I get a choice or do I still have to do the therapeutic Danielle: The choices are for 50 minutes or 80 and those are no longer available.
