All the other physical therapists, Alyssa, Corey and Johnny are equally gifted and develop great rapport and a high degree of success with their patients/clients. Being warmly welcomed at the front door by Satonia, the receptionist and everything-doer, starts my sessions off to a great start each time. The attentive techs support the physical therapists in their quest to get me rehabbed back to baseline and beyond. I have rehabbed 4 body parts over 2+ years at Vista White Rock and have observed many patients come, go and come back to rehab another body part also! I love the mix of ages and fitness levels present at any given time at the clinic from teenage athletes to middle age weekend warriors to the elderly, grateful to regain mobility and increase strength. The surroundings are bright, open and friendly. Small, as well as the large, victories are celebrated by everyone. After previous poor experiences at four other PT clinics for various rehab needs, I took advantage of Vista's 30 minute free consultation to interview them prior to a major foot surgery. I was extremely impressed and started PT soon after my surgery. I was even more impressed with their techniques, challenges, creativity, the way they listen, and, of course, the outcome! If you're on the fence about choosing the right place to rehab your injury, I highly recommend coming in for a quick chat and tour. I'd be surprised if you didn't think, "when can I start?" After surgery the doctors office sent me to their facility at Carroll Clinic - my first visit was a check-in, the second was spent with the PT person splitting time with me and another, the third and last was split between me and 2 other patients. I knew I was not getting the care I needed. Signed up with High Five and from the in depth initial evaluation I knew this was the right place. After the evaluation Dr. Perez went to work with lasers, ultra sound, careful stretching and manipulation and what shocked me was that a day later I could tell a 10 fold improvement over what I had been doing repeatedly at the other place. After 3 weeks went to see my doctor who was equally surprised with how much movement I now had - then I told him where I was going for my PT and he knew immediately why I had improved so much. They are the most professional and caring operation I have ever experienced.

In mid December I called (during the business day) and had to leave a voicemail. My call was returned the next day by a nice woman. She explained that she would verify my insurance benefits and then schedule an appointment for my daughter. She called back a couple of days later after verifying benefits and told me that my insurance covered nothing until my deductible and out of pocket had been met, so essentially I'll be private paying. I told her that was fine. We agreed to schedule an appointment after the first of the year instead of trying to squeeze it in the week of Christmas. She said she would call back after January 1 and schedule us. Since I hadn't heard back from them I called today, January 5 and tried to schedule an appointment. I spoke to a really rude man. He would not schedule an appointment. He insisted insurance had to be verified again because it's a new calendar year, even though my insurance has not changed and I told him I would just private pay. He also told me they were unable to verify BlueCross BlueShield because of technical issues and could not tell me when those issues might be resolved. In the meantime he told me appointments were filling up quickly and I'll be added back to a waitlist. I'm really disappointed! I was not told insurance had to be verified AGAIN if I did not schedule an appointment in December. I was not told I could not schedule an appointment without verifying insurance again. Why do they need to verify insurance if I said I will private pay? Why won't they go ahead and schedule an appointment while they verify benefits? This place is a nightmare to deal with. They therapy might be great, but it's not worth dealing with their office.
