My son has been receiving Speech and Occupational Therapy here for a few months. The clinic practices a strict safety protocol that made me feel comforted as a parent. The front office is professional and friendly. As for the therapists, I could not be more pleased. They are kind, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. My son has progressed tremendously since attending Early Bird. I would recommend this clinic to any parent/caretaker, your child will be in very capable hands.

We had to reschedule our sons appointment.We were told it's fine just call us when you're ready to schedule . Did not notify us that it would be any problem .When we did call back to schedule we were denied service because we rescheduled twice. The lady in the front desk had the audacity to say you can leave and find you're self a cheaper place. When we called the manager she said we don't want so Some like you here . I was not yelling or cursing I was being respectful. But because I spoke about my problem with them I because a problem with them. They manipulate there self out of complaints . If you look at other reviews you can see other military family's have had problems with them . I notified fort bliss already got praying this company gets backlisted so no other military families go through their lack of caring

So I then waited in my car until I received a text on my phone saying that it was time for my daughter's appointment. When we went to The door it was still locked. There were several people inside who simply just ignored the fact that we were at the door waiting. So we went back to the car to wait some more. Finally I found a nurse who was going in and showed her the text I received and she let us in. The ladies at the desk then informed me that they would not be accepting my insurance and I needed to be pay $180 upfront and they would let me know how much more it would be after the visit. 30 minutes later they called my daughters name but told me that I was not allowed to go in with her, that only 1 person was allowed back th
