Today more than 17 years later I stopped here and finally checked that off of my bucket list! This is a nice shop, really clean. Rob greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was a little early for my appointment but he finished what he was working on and then helped me within like 5 minutes. Rob is a super friendly guy and very professional. The piercing was a little painful but that's obviously to be expected and was very quick. Rob explained all of the after care to me and gave me his card to call him with any concerns. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Also the other artist had the cutest, sweetest pup on a leash and let me pet her! Great place. Definitely will return for more piercings in the future. Also the price for the piercing was much more affordable than most of the shops in Cleveland. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive for me!

Dan (Hatcher) is undependable, slow, cuts appointment times short and continuously cancels appointments. Spoke with Dan about doing a full sleeve in Sept 2023 and started this sleeve in Sept 2023. He wanted paid up front for the entire sleeve. which I did do. Appointments were scheduled one week at a time and were supposed to be for 2 hours. The appointments were always shortened to between an hour or an hour and a half, which would includes 2 to 3 breaks. On two occasions, my appointment was paused so that someone else could be taken care of, and then the appointment would still end early. There was a 50/50 chance the appointment was valid or not. I had a total of 8 canceled appointments. Then, on top of that, he paused appointments, causing an additional 2 month delay. Dan has to be the most undependable person I have ever done business with. As for the tattoo... slowest tattoo person I've ever interacted with. I had 4 appointments for something that could have taken someone else a couple hrs or just one session. This part of my sleeve still isn't finished, along with 4 other items that were started and not finished. I finally had to walk away with an unfinished sleeve that I paid in full for because of yet another canceled appointment spanning across 7 months (making 9 cancelations)... Not even 50% of the sleeve is complete after 11 appointments. After indicating that I can no longer do this anymore because of the canceled appointments, I was never offered any sort of refund for unfinished work. Now I'm left with less than half of a completed sleeve and have to go to someone else to fix/finish. Save yourself the headache and your money by going elsewhere.

My wife and I went in for tattoos for her birthday because we'd read so many good reviews; we…read more(stupidly, I understand in retrospect) assumed that if they had hired such exceptional artists, the owner would be amazing as well, right? Wrong. He spent the entire consult complaining, in detail, about each of his staff members - this one doesn't come in because she thinks she's a hot shot, that one doesn't come in because he has a drug problem, etc. During the consult he wasn't able to do a very small customization on an image I'd brought in, but it was a minor detail so I wasn't too concerned. My wife liked her tattoo initially, but after it had healed she realized that the line work was shoddy, and the owner had said it might be because "most redheads don't heal well/don't get tattoos well." During my tattoo, he at one point said "oops!" and I thought he was joking, only to realize that he actually had messed up and not left enough space for the right amount of colors, so he had to go back and "fix" it, which was done terribly. He informed us halfway through *my* tattoo - after my wife had already gotten hers done - that he only took cash, so she had to leave to get some. When she came back she looked at his work and took a picture and showed me, and we both realized that he had done the WRONG ink color for a huge, significant part of the tattoo. I pointed it out, which got another "oops" and he then just went over that color with the other color. The end result was that my tattoo looked like it had rolled around in pea-soup diarrhea. I was, thankfully, able to find a much better, more professional artist at a place in Connecticut, and I've certainly learned my lesson about doing research and not making assumptions. If you are getting a tattoo here, do NOT get it from the owner - his skill is low, he's incredibly unprofessional, and he may make a mistake that you'll be stuck with until/unless you can afford to have it corrected.
