I worked closely with Jim who was professional, caring and competent. He was so fabulous that, if I could, I'd absolutely adopt him!! Sam, who evaluated and worked with me was incredible. Everyone, including Abe and all the assistants, were so very helpful. The facility is large, open and has a full range of equipment. My problem was probably the result of an injury even the doctors couldn't fully identify. But Jim managed to zone in on my problem and get be back to where I could run again. Something I never thought would happen. He was patient, watched carefully to see what worked (and what didn't), gave me home exercises and loads of incentive. Now I'm almost totally pain-free and able to run again. All thanks to Jim. Without any hesitation, I recommend Jim and Westchester Sports Physical Therapy.

It makes you wonder why there are always new people working there and it seems like a lot of people leave for whatever reason. The staff were kind, respectful, and considerate when scheduling appointments and were always flexible when changes needed to be made. The therapists were also kind and respectful during therapy. They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. Matt has a very analytical approach. He will asses your injuries, your comfortability threshold and put together the perfect group of exercises to match your recovery goals. I recently broke a handful of ribs. doctor stated it will be 4-6 weeks before I should expect the pain to subside and 8weeks before I will be physically able to exert myself. I spoke with Matt week one after injury and although we were obviously unable to move into serious PT he started by focusing solely on reducing inflammation until we were able to dig in. this reduced pain and increased mobility on the front end of recovery and sped up our ability to start my PT regiment without detriment. 3.5 weeks later, I'm walking around as if there was no injury and excited to start moving into more aggressive exercises. the stretching has made me feel 2" taller already. I changed my tinder profile to match the 2" height gain and the swipe conversion ratio has improved significantly. Thank you Haven!!!

The staff is very welcoming, they make you feel comfortable at all times: never had to wait too long or feel unwanted. Even when you do have a longer wait than usual, you can kick back and relax in one of their massage chairs. Dr. Serena is a very knowledgeable therapist and goes an extra mile to make sure that all of her patients feel like theyve received her full attention and left the office fully satisfied after the session with her. I came to her with pain in my lower back and hips, from which i suffered for the past 10 years. After a few months of therapy at Haven PT, I feel no pain in my hips and my lower back pain has been significantly reduced, and it stays that way days after the therapy sessions.
