This week, another technician who repaired the stove pointed out that a plate was not covering the electrical wiring behind the stove's kick plate. So, for four years, my family and I were using a GAS stove with exposed wiring just behind the kick plate. The owner came by today with a "colleague" to "investigate." His colleague admitted that a plate should cover the exposed wiring. Rather than admit this grievous oversight, the owner offered up this absurd explanation: Someone else removed the plate in the four years since the original installation. No one removed the plate. No one. Why would anyone do that? He also claims that he installed a shut off valve. I have asked the TSSA to launch an investigation. Save yourself the risk and trouble my family has unknowingly endured for four years. I urge you to choose another contractor. The owner will no doubt respond to this warning with denials and accusations. You can believe him if you want to but, if you do, you will regret it.

Misho was quick to respond to any questions I had before the service appointment. He arrived within the scheduled 1h timeframe, and gave advanced notice of exact arrival ETA before he left the service call before mine. He kept me very well updated so I knew exactly when he'll arrive at my door. When he arrived he was extremely courteous and went to work immediately. He had another person with him that was learning the trade. They worked quietly and didn't disturb me while I had a meeting. The toilet replacement was done perfectly, they discovered my previous toilet was leaking which rusted the fixtures and they addressed it. The bidet seat was installed well with everything hooked up. They went the extra mile by using their own wax ring/mounting hardware that were better than the ones that came with the toilet. They tidied up the hoses and tucked everything away so it looks professional, caulked around the base of the toilet, and even adjusted the fill level of the water tank. The work area was cleaned after they were done. The old toilet was put into a box and onto my hand truck along with all of the garbage packed into a bag since I offered to dispose of the toilet/garbage myself. Misho was very nice and went through everything he did, plus making sure that I knew bidet seats were structurally weaker than a normal toilet seat. I'm personally going with Weston Plumbing and Mechanical Services for any future plumbing needs, I highly recommend them.

He came to my house after the parts arrived, and found out the handles needed to be replaced as well. He then contacted his friend to locate the parts and had to come back again. He did not charge us for the first visit at all. When new parts arrived, he came back the same day and replaced the cartridges and handles. The old parts were worn out and he had to do a lot of work to cut them off. In the end he only charged me the original quote even when he had to make two visits and had to do a lot of work in doing the replacement. Misho was professional, polite, personable and trustworthy. I was very pleased with his service. I highly recommend him for plumbing work.
