I don't know why this company is so uninterested in helping a scared young woman. I would have paid whatever they wanted, changed monitoring companies, agreed to every recommendation they made. When it's your child there are no limits. Marsha, the owner, seemed more interested in finding reasons why the company wasn't right for me than actually listening to what I wanted and was willing to pay for.
