During the time that I found Mina, I was a dancer for Gwen Stefani. One morning after our Saturday night show, I woke up and couldn't take a deep breath. If I tried, I was in terrible pain. It is a true healing session that comes from her in depth knowledge of the body along with her intuitive ability to find problems in the body and work them out. I wanted to write a review because being a performer (I currently work at the Beatles LOVE show at the Mirage) I have to keep my body healthy. I met Mina cause we both live at the same apartment complex. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and she was incredible. She is knowledgeable and knows how the body works. She was able to find where I was tight with out me telling her. I am a classical Pilates instructor as well so I am very aware of my body and she was able to lengthen my muscles and relax them without overworking them. I felt like I could go do a performance the next day where sometimes after massage I'm more sore the next day. The restorative qualities I felt the next day meant she knew what she was doing. She worked mostly on my hips and my neck. I have some slight nerve damage that effects my traps and lat muscles she was able to release them and I am still feeling relief.
