An office desk job eventually catches up with you, and after only a couple of days in Vegas, I was already feeling the stress and fatigue building up in my neck, shoulders, and back. I definitely needed a good massage. However, I really did not want to deal with the Strip. Driving into a hotel, searching for parking or paying for valet, then paying resort-level prices for services that may not offer much additional value? No thanks. The challenge, though, is figuring out where the locals go. Massage places are everywhere in Vegas, but which ones are actually good and legitimate? While waiting for my Tesla to finish charging, I found The Spa and Massage on Yelp. I called to ask whether they accepted walk-ins, and they said yes. Perfect. As soon as the car finished charging, I headed over. The ladies at the front were warm, friendly, and helpful. I went with the Full Body Signature Massage and added cupping and the Chinese herbal oil, both around $30 each. Ahhh... it felt so good. My massage therapist, Angel, if I remember her name correctly - did an excellent job. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease, then worked through the knots and tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back. She also worked on my arms, legs, head, and face, so it truly felt like a full-body treatment rather than just focusing on one or two problem areas. By the end, I felt much more relaxed, refreshed, and human again. Considering how tired and sore I was, I felt she absolutely earned the $50 tip. All in, I paid about $200 out the door, and I thought it was well worth it. I think I have officially found my go-to place for relaxation whenever I am back in Vegas. No Strip traffic, no casino parking adventure, and no overpriced hotel-spa production. Just a genuinely good massage and a much-needed reset! read more

They literally texted this, "No matter where you purchase a Groupon, it is highly advisable to call and make inquiries before buying; doing so could work to your advantage." They refuse to honor a Groupon and say they don't have time but they have time if you don't have a Groupon. Be aware--they will rip you off. This place is very shady. My husband and I came in for a couples massage, and the therapists kept trying to upsell oils and cupping throughout the session. At first, we didn't fully understand what they were saying, but I clearly told them "no upgrades" and that we only wanted what we had already paid for. Despite that, we were still charged extra at checkout. To make things worse, the therapists were talking to each other during what was supposed to be a relaxing massage. It completely ruined the experience. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this place. read more

Price is affordable, service is always top notch. I usually pay for the 60 minute deep tissue massage with a hot cupping add on. Not many places do hot cupping, they only do regular air cupping. Hot cupping I feel has more of an impact on my body and recovery. Massage is always great, never had an issue. Every time I'm in Vegas, I make sure to make a stop here at least once. read more

The only thing I'd tell you is be wary of when you give your tip. Make sure to tip your masseuse directly. I had an experience where I saw the front desk pocket half the tip. A no-frills massage focused on value for your money. This place is HUGE and they were able to take two of us for a 60 min foot massage as walk ins on a Saturday night. My mom had one of the top foot massages of her life with Quinn. I was thrilled when I saw the large comfy chairs as we entered the reflexology room, it is my favorite way to get a foot massage as it's comfortable for the lower back. I came to The Spa and Massage today after calling the spa at my hotel to see how much a 50 min deep tissue massage would be (it was very expensive at the hotel, over $300). I did some research on local places that had good reviews, and I found this place had hundreds of good reviews. I came here today and had an incredible 90 minute massage with Nikki, and I added a 30 min foot and hand reflexology treatment, as well as a cupping treatment (and it was still cheaper than the hotel spa). I wished I read through their reviews more thoroughly before I decided to try this spa based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn't reflect the same quality. We booked a couples swedish massage expecting a relaxing and professional session. Instead, the massage felt rushed, overly aggressive, and lacked proper technique from the start. I should have asked them to stop early to try and get my time and money back. There was nothing relaxing about our experience. The two masseuse were loud moving around and kept whispering loudly to each other. Technique aside, the way the sheets were handled and the inconsistency in pressure and flow made it clear that professionalism was lacking. My masseuse spent the entire 60 minutes just rubbing my hands and legs aggressively back and forth the whole time. There was also an attempt to upsell a $30 oil add-on during the session, which my partner agreed to without fully understanding what it was. It felt misleading and unnecessary. While I can't speak for others' experiences, this was not what we expected and we won't be returning. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and invests in better staff training moving forward. read more

Don't bother asking for a certain type of massage; I asked for deep tissue and I ended up getting a light pressure massage until I asked for more pressure , but it was definitely not deep tissue! I paid for a 90 minute session and I hate it when around 83 minute she ended it ! Also, it was so rude when the manager came half way into the session and yelled into my ear ( and I'm all relaxed ) that the masseur had advised her that my neck and shoulders are tight and they recommend that I add "cupping" which is an additional charge ... the funniest thing is that I was on vacation and I got a massage three days before so my neck was definitely not tight, but obviously they try to get more money out of the customer.!!
