She sat me down in the chair and started yanking at my hair with a comb, tearing through my roots. She repeatedly made nasty comments about my split ends and had a very dirty attitude. She proceeded to blow dry my hair and burn my scalp because the heat from the blowdryer was so hot.This isn't the first time a stylist has complained about doing my hair. YOU ARE A HAIR STYLIST!!! THAT IS YOUR JOB TO DO PEOPLES HAIR! You'd rather lose money then to do your job?! I always tip them $20 -40 extra dollars. The hair appointment itself cost $40 I gave her $60 total. They will never get another dime from me. She complained the whole entire time. You just lost good business. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!
