After having trouble with a previous printing company, I was worried about finding a new vendor in time to print my invitations for my wedding. I was hesitant at first to order from a company on the other side of the country from me since I wasn't able to look at the invitations in person. While I have been lazy to write reviews the past year or more lol I have to make it known for others that will be in my position later on. I hope my review will be helpful for you when it comes down to printing a bilingual wedding invitation for those who do not know where to start. Initially, I was going to have my wedding invitation done in Vietnam but long story short I refused to take a chance on going that route just to save some money which can end up being more costly. I was hesitant like another reviewer mentioned. I have never done this and don't know what to expect. All I know was I had to get my invitation printed in Vietnamese and English so I sent my order form to Thiep Cuoi via their email listed on the form. Cynthia responded shortly after and was very helpful in the ordering process, sending the preliminary proof, making sure every details are not missing and exactly the way I wanted it. So far so good, don't know why I took so long to get this done. So for those who are clueless like I was, go to their website and select the invitation style you like. You have to send it an order form as well as other forms for the ceremony, reception, and RSVP card. I hope you will be more organized than me but I had to order more invitations. I didn't realize this till it was time to send the invitation. I quickly sent Cynthia an email if I can re-order on Monday and what do you know I should be expecting my order today, which is Friday!! At first I was hesitant to do business with a Viet company due to communication barriers or lack of procedures/policy implementation (from past experiences). Cynthia was awesome. She was quick to respond, answered all my questions, patient with all my edits and numerous questions. Over the course of several weeks I was able to pick out a design, customize the layout, get a proof, make more changes, and get a finalized look for printing. Once it was shipped we received the invitations in less than a week. I wished they had more samples on their website, but we were happy with the end product--simple, elegant and reasonably priced. Most places I've found were over $2 per invitation + cost of envelopes. I was able to keep the price under $2 per 2-sided invite with envelopes--and they include inner & outer envelopes. Their font availability for Viet wording was excellent. (That was the most difficult part of getting wedding invites done--the bilingual translation with accent marks). Their forms were clear-cut and easy to understand. The only problem I had was contacting them via phone as they only open from 10 am - 4 pm PST, closed weekends. read more

I finally have to cancel them because their answer was they don't know when is my invitation is ready.
