This place is plain rude... The lady at the front desk is like oddly defensive when you ask a simple questions... and her tone is also condensing. Both times I been here the front lady had been condescending in some kind of way. I don't recommend this place unless you want to be talked to rudely for simple questions. ********* FULL DISCLOSURE ******** This review is not with any exaggerations ... this is word for word what I just went through at this "so called business" I design and create cards for an online Etsy shop ... my printer at home isn't doing quite what I'd like, so I go into this place thinking it is my answer to all my businesses prayers. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Right off the bat the lady calls the I needed copied out for not capitalizing the "i" in I'm ... Eh .. I'm a nice person I'll let it slide maybe she thought she was helping out ... For the record I am coming in here just asking for a price for copying one small A2 card onto a piece of cardstock. She goes in the back and starts talking to an older man that works there about how to copy it and she's getting frustrated at him yelling at him because she can't figure out how to work the copier ... (but all I wanted was a price) ... the guy comes out and I ask him ... "Do you by chance know how much it'll be to get that copied ?"(second time asking) (keep in mind I sold this card for about 5 dollars avg. card price, thinking the copy could only be 50 cents to a dollar) Anyways he says "well it depends, how much do you need?" I said oh I just need one copy ..." he looks at me and scoffs, "well ... I mean you have to pay about 5 dollars for our time at least ... and then probably just a dollar for the copy" (Me, still being understanding) oh okay I was thinking it would be a lot cheaper, ..." he cuts me off ... "ha well you've got to pay us for our time " Me " I totally understand, I just sold the card for 5 dollars so if I pay 6 for it to be made I would lose money but that you." He walks in the back and loudly announces to the girl to just forget it "It's too much MONEY for her" And then asks me if I needed anything else pretty much wanting me to leave and I said "I just need my card back" and then the girls laughs in the back because I can't "afford" it. I mean the convo speaks for itself, how a business like this is still up and running amazes me. I honestly felt attacked and maybe they were just having a rough day but I don't care. I don't charge people "just for my time" just because I'm having a bad day. Really? read more

They said they could print addresses on envelopes for our wedding invitations and would only take a day, only need 22 addresses printed on the envelopes and three days later still not done. The guy told us this morning they'd be ready this afternoon just went to get them and was told he made a mistake and thought we were someone else. A company needs to be more professional and make sure they know who they are talking to. Very disappointed. read more

If you need something printed calling can be frustrating. The hold time is very long. People who answer the phone don't know so you get put on hold against. Then they still can't answer the information. read more

On a Friday afternoon he squeezed in a massive order for 50 large prints and they came out looking absolutely stunning and on time. He was very helpful and communicative through email. I've gotten prints here 3 times. I commuted 2 hours each time to get them. The depth of color in the prints, the detail and the quality of the paper were incredible during each experience. I Love Cartridge World! There, I said it! Saves me a BUNDLE on those pesky OVERLY expensive INK JET cartridges! Thought I'd check it out and WOW! I am so glad I did! This place is fantastic! Pretty much any printer cartridge can be refilled and these folks are very knowledgeable about what kinds of things the printer manufacturers DON"T WANT YOU TO KNOW! Yes REFILL your ink cartridges! It's much more affordable and the folks at this location are GREAT! Very friendly and professional. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me out and explained how it all works. She was wonderful. My only regret is I did not find this place sooner! Try it out next time you feel like a victim for paying to much for stupid ink jet printer ink. Don't get new... GET REFILLED! Works like new at half the cost! Don't forget, save your old cartridges and BRING THEM WITH YOU (I think there is a core charge if you don't have empty cartridges to swap them?) I may be incorrect about that but I'm pretty sure they want your fresh empties so they can refill them too! Just call or visit their website for the correct procedure. Good deal on color printing here. They charge by the amount of coverage on the page, so color prints can be less expensive if there is a lot of white space in your document. Quick turnaround and personal service. Definitely worth using and a local small business as well. read more

Went there today to make copies. Talk about a fiasco. Their copier wasn't working right, and the female worker there was constantly dropping f*bombs at the copier. After waiting longer than what it should have taken to get the print job done, I decided to leave and take my kids home and come back for my prints. I get back and pick up my copies. After paying for them I realize the count seemed off. So I check my math and sure enough. They even charged me for an additional 70 copies I didn't want or get. So I go back and inform them of the error, and instead of taking my word at the error, they guy working takes my papers back and counts them all to see if there is an error. When he realizes I was right all along, he apologizes and gives me overpayment back. I don't normally expect a handout, but when you have that many issues with one customer who purchased a late amount of copies, I would have expected at least a small coupon or discount on future purchases. Nope. Not going back there again. I can tell you that much. read more
