When I got home I still was not happy with the size so I returned the next day and she had it fixed on the spot. There were two employees behind the register, one of whom appeared to be a manager. Neither employee acknowledged my presence, despite the fact that I--and at one point another customer--were the only people in the store. I stood in line for a noticeable amount of time while the manager continued working on something else rather than assisting me. At no point did she acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer even a simple statement such as "someone will be with you shortly." The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was disappointing and came across as both disrespectful and dismissive. I have been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for several years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I parked in a spot that was designated for Frame Gallery Customers. Note it says for customers. I asked my friend to wait in the car with the keys in case he needed to use it. I was only away for 2 minutes when the co-owner (Kohar Allen) of the store blocked my car in on purpose. I get it, she likely has had to deal with people parking there and not coming to her store. But she had no idea if I was a customer or not so her behavior was insane. My friend tried to explain to her the situation and that we leaving right away. She refuses to move her car. I also went into the store and tried to explain and reminded her we had been a customer. She said "I don't care. This is your problem now so deal with it." I actually had to call the police. She lied and said I had threatened her. Luckily my friend was there to witness the entire thing. The police told me after that they have had to deal with her and that she was a difficult, strange person. They made her move the car and informed her that her actions were illegal. They asked if I wanted to press charges but I refrained. I just wanted to leave. I feel so sorry for this sad, hateful woman. She repeated often that she didn't care. She had no initial concern of whether I was a customer or not, which the officer pointed out to her. She is clearly a bitter person, who has no concern for customers or the community. Thank goodness because a smaller size for both top and bottom was very much so needed & fit me much better than the sizes I originally bought. Staff is always really kind & helpful here, from what I've experienced. Definitely a more quiet store... honestly that's what I love about this location. Lots of inventory + sizes, & never have to really wait (in line, sizes from the back, etc). Four staff members in total helped me out today; one who helped me get the sizes I needed, one w/ getting changing room, another with doing a quick exchange at the counter as well as grab me my pick up order, & lastly, someone greeted me on the way in + out! They then start to hack away at that to try and make it fit you. The single worst suit purchase I've ever made and it was unfortunately for my wedding day. Suit is awful quality material and threads constantly coming out of it. The local laundromat commented that no matter what they do it just bleeds threads and seems to be very cheap fabric. Basically you will spend thousands for the equivalent of a poor fitting indochino suit.
