I recently inherited a diamond ring but the diamond was not set in the ring. So I went to the mall and got a price from every jewelry shop there. This one was the best price and I thought that they were the nicest too. It only took a few day (another jewelry store told me 2 weeks!) so I was extremely happy with this place. I came here to buy a custom made name pendant, I was sold on the pendant they have on display because of the thickness and how big it was. I put in my order paid $611 plus taxes because I wanted it double plated since it was for a 10 year old child. Why when I get it the double plate is not THICK at all? it's still bendable and it's smaller than half my pinky. NOT worth the price go to a real jeweler and get your moneys worth. let me add , when my daughter was 3 I bought one for her that was larger and double plated and for ONLY $430. This was supposed to be a replacement because my mothers boyfriend stole it. But to my surprise this was the WORST replacement and there's no refund on custom made purchases. let this be a reminder to do your research before you buy stuff from unknown jewelers! read more

Came in and had my Mavado watch battery changed by store manger Nicole L'Espernace. After I went home I realized the watches arm stopped working when she replaced the battery! Come to find she replaced my watch with a dead battery... I know this because I had the battery tested. Went back to the store she was upset from the second I walked in, screamed at me and had her hands in my face claiming she did not break the watch and she refused to have their repairmen even look at it. Quick to blame everything and everyone else. She was extremely unprofessional and I honestly don't know how she is even a manager. No one should be treated like this especially around the holidays. I bought this watch as a gift and mind you it's a very expensive watch! I only trust one place to change my battery and unfortunately that place was closed during that time so I figured nice jewelry store they should know what they are doing. WRONG!!! I see why this place has 3 star reviews... I wish I knew this before I decided to trust them and have them break a thousand dollar watch! The thing that really bothered me was how extremely calm and nice to her I was and yet she still continued to scream at me. I even asked her if she could refund the cost for the defective battery that she had put in and she refused to do that also. I wish I could request for their video footage to show you how disrespectful she was. Never ever go there especially if you see her! Horrible. read more

I bought a ring from this place. Nicole gave me a nice discount on top of the marked sale price. However, I discovered a defect in the ring a couple weeks later and panicked about the potential reactions from the store - what if they don't believe me. What if they don't take it back. My fears were baseless - as soon as I called up, Nicole proved to be nothing but receptive and helpful. She even spoke to the owner and brought up the issue with my ring and got permission to exchange it with a new piece. She calls and leaves voicemails in the busiest shopping season - Christmas Eve! Despite the fact that my first product from this store was defective, I am a fan! I will go back for the rest of my jewelry! read more

Fabulous! This was the fourth jewelry/watch shop I went to at Braintree mall. I wanted to have my watch sized--several links taken out to fit my wrist. No one would do it, for various reasons--one kid at a kiosk was clueless (the 'grown up' only works during the day), others did not have tools or just refused because they were scared to work with a wooden watch. So I was pretty frustrated by the time I got to Hannoush Jewelers, and spoke with sales associate Scott Lechter. Mr. Lechter was lovely, very polite and courteous, and honest about his reservations about damaging the watch. And then he sized it, quickly, carefully, and beautifully, and made my DAY. Nicole and Scott ruined my wedding ceremony. I needed to have my ring adjusted in a week and they both guaranteed that it would be done before then. When I went back into get my ring on a Saturday (my ceremony was on a Monday) it was not ready. Rana was helpful but my ting was still not there. Scott told her not to call me. The jeweler couldn't fix the ring they were going to send it to the home office on Monday. She tried to sell me a loaner ring so that i could have but I had to pay. So finally she lent me a plain silver ring to have in exchange when the ring comes next Saturday. In the end I did not wear a ring because that lent ring was not my ring and I was to give it back. How do you make a vow on a ring that is not yours and that you have to give back. When I did go back on the next Saturday Nicole and Scott were there but nothing no excuses just stated that it was over with and to get over it. I would never have gone to them if Kay jewelers suggest them. I could've gone anywhere or sent it back to my jeweler in California but I needed it done in 1 week. Which i should've. I emailed their corporate office and no response. Sad that this is a company that sells wedding items but don't care for the wedding and their guarantees. read more

I purchased an $1800 ring In June 2018. By September, the ring had tarnished and stones fell out. I brought the ring back and was assured it would be fixed. It is now January of 2019 and no ring! I keep getting the run around from the store manager; they couldn't fix it at cooperate, they sent it to the manufacturer, etc... After sending a friend in today who has soon a lot of business with them, they promised the ring would be in Thursday. Yet, I haven't heard a word. They also offered me a $100 gift card. I will NEVER do business there again or send anyone in there. Poor customer service!!! read more

Got the case back of a watch engraved at the location in the south shore plaza in Braintree massachusetts. They totally scratched up the brand new caseback and forgot to put the line through a "t" in the engraving. When I pointed it out the sales associate said "that is the risk you take when we send it out for engraving instead of getting it done by hand" and proceeded to charge me $63 for the engraving. I don't care if they send it out... don't work with partners that provide sub par service. Would never go here again. read more
