I have to go find an employee...which are typically standing there chatting with another employee. also the lines for check out are disappointing. when I have been there they have one open only...then by the time I leave another opens. customers can see the annoyed looks on others faces when standing in line. the wait time is unprofessional..I am not talking about 2 to 3 minutes...I am talking about at one point I waited approximately up to 10....this is not acceptable especially when there are employees standing around chatting it up.
