The woman in the aisles told me they had none in the store. When I told her that I found them on line, she said, "You should have called." Direct and to the point. She kept working. I browsed the aisles, and found some items I needed, and got in line to pay. While waiting, I decided to buy face covers with my 50% off coupon - $9.99 instead of $19.99. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Today, Raven helped me get a refund for the face covers. The material was too thin and too small for Husband. Raven was polite, efficient, and I knew she was smiling behind her face mask. I was in and out in record time. The store is clean, well laid out, has great inventory, and most of the staff are a joy. All wore masks, and stickers on the floor helped check outs maintain social distancing. I will continue to patronize this location - especially for Raven!

They always have a coupon for most stuff and I really like they appreciate the Military and give us a discount. Although you can only use one couple at a time. On February 14, 2025, I purchased a watch from Kay Jewelers at Westfield Countryside Mall. Just one month later, it stopped working properly and I returned it for repair. Since then, I've made repeated attempts--both in person and by phone--to get an update. Each time, I've been met with vague responses or no information at all. As of today, September 3 (nearly 6 months later), I was told by a staff member that they "don't know where my watch is" and that the matter is "out of their hands." I've received no documentation, no timeline, and no resolution. I'm extremely frustrated and concerned that my property has been lost without accountability. I urge Kay Jewelers' corporate office to investigate this matter immediately. Customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and respect. If this is how repairs are handled, it raises serious concerns about how customer property is managed across the brand. To escalate this issue, I will be contacting Kay's corporate Customer Relations team at 1-800-527-8029 and submitting a formal complaint via their Customer Care portal.
