I wish there was an option to give negative stars or even zero stars because giving this company even 1 star is a huge complement and a complete miss representation. I have never come across a such a dishonest company that will bold face lie to you every time you speak with them. All of the services that they offer, do not work or never get implemented either way my business and livelihood was the only one affected. Afterall, my payment got processed every month for 4 months. What I received in return was an elementary landing page for a website which was like pulling teeth to receive a finished version and I desperately accepted the first version they presented to me, not because I was impressed or even satisfied with the final product but because I was already over 60 days in and 2 monthly payments into this nightmare of a process. Foolishly placing trust in what I was told and the promises of the other services I would receive, I blindly walked forward into this process. Afterall I was not dealing with a sales representative or an account executive, I was working with Jimmy, who ironically happens to be the Founder/Ceo. To my surprise, I quickly realized that the services I was promised and currently paying for we non-functional and far from truthful. After numerous unanswered phone calls and messages stating my concerns and seeking assistance I have been left in the dark with no response. I received a fraction of the leads I was promised and paid for and to add insult to injury, the minimal number of emails and text messages that did manage to get sent out through the pitiful attempt of a campaign, went out with many issues and was far from a seamless process. This was by far the most mind-numbing process that I have ever experienced. Every day was filled with empty promises and disappointment from unmet timelines and unanswered phone and lies stating that they would return my calls which they never did. The only thing I could truly count on them doing, is not doing what they said they would. It seems like every time they speak, the lie. I have tried to cancel their services or lack thereof and have requested they stop billing me for these unrendered services. This should not come as a surprise, but yesterday I received another monthly charge from them for their non-services. This is the FIRST POST I have ever taken the time to write in my life, as I truly value my time however I feel this is an experience that needs to be shared and share I will. read more

What an amazing team!!! Think Creative have been so helpful and inspirational! I heard about them from a friend/neighbor who also has a small business. The workshops they hosted were free and very helpful. My friends and I who have attended the workshops enjoyed it very much. The staff are all friendly and patient. They broke down the social media aspect in groups which was wonderful and easy to learn. The workshops helped a lot with our social media pages. I decided to hire Think Creative for a website build 10/18/2018. Met with them twice to go over what I wanted and didn't hear from anyone until mid January 2019. They weren't taking any of my calls. I had paid them half to start the work on my website and paid for an IDX plug in for 3 months. When they provided a website that I wasn't happy with the owner (Jimmy Caudillo) got involved and let me know he would build me an awesome website or refund my money. After much consideration I felt like I would prefer to have my money refunded 03/10/2019. It is now 08/07/2019 5 months later and still haven't received anything. read more

Don't waste your time with the reps here. My number one pet peeve is people that don't respect my time and blatantly waste it. Had a rep from here come into my business, had an additional meeting where we went through what I wanted on a pamphlet he said he'd have a mock up in 36 hours. Four days later I call him and he tells me he can't do a mock up unless I pay first. So why would you state otherwise???? From there we set another meeting, mistake on my part, where he completely no shows without a call or txt. So not sure about quality of materials but customer service is a bust. read more
