This is a sneaky underhanded company out to get your money no matter what. They don't want to cancel the policy & won't refund the money they are actually stealing from me. My current insurance is okay but I was looking for something my fertility clinic covered and this was presented as a United affiliate. (The actual name of the insurance "sold" is US Health and when my card came this is the company listed) I Well, they are not really considered United according to the clinic they don't take it. I would have been hit with a huge bill! When the agent looked up my GYN and PCP doctors he said look see a green check you're good. If anyone is familiar with this process your constantly going in for something and one office needs this another needs that. I dodged a bullet! I am disputing a charge with my current insurance and from what it seems it's nothing compared to the horrors others are going through with this.
