No follow up, no phone calls apologizing for the unprofessional handling of the same. IRS contacts us to discuss underpaid taxes, tried to contact Kelli again... non-responsive. IRS contacts us again now with a much higher unpaid taxes amount, again no response from Kelli until she finally relented sending a two sentence email: you'll have to deal with the IRS yourself. Huh? That was your work, folks. Contacted the office manager, Suzanne, who responded with equal nonchalance and unprofessionalism: don't know what you want me to do for you. Lesson learned, folks.
